By reserving a pitch and/or accommodation within our campsite, you acknowledge having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the rental of campsites and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.
1/ Services – Prices
Campers and tenants undertake to respect silence, as well as not to circulate in the campsite from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
➢ Campsite
All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred.
Prices are calculated from a package to which additional people, tents, cars, animals, electricity are added.
➢ Rental accommodation
All rental is nominative and cannot be transferred.
Our prices include the rental of accommodation according to the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas and electricity charges, and parking of a vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, any deviation will result in the security deposit being forfeited.
Upon your arrival a deposit of 200€ You will be asked for a credit card. In the event of late arrival after reception closes, the deposit will be requested by remote bank card.
We reserve the right to retain part or all of it in the event of deterioration of the accommodation and/or its content.
As part of a cleaning not done when leaving, the sum of €65 will be deducted .
➢ Common provisions
The prices indicated are expressed inclusive of tax and do not include tourist tax. Whatever the formula adopted (bare pitch or rental accommodation), additional costs will be charged for additional vehicles, additional tents, animals, visitors, etc.
Our prices are also likely to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. The contractual price, owed by you, is that affixed to your reservation confirmation.
2/ Reservation conditions
➢ Booking conditions
You can make a reservation on our site, by telephone or by email.
Any reservation request must be accompanied:
• of the regulations a deposit of 30% including the costs of the stay, including the price including tax of the services reserved.

The reservation made has contractual value only upon receipt by you of a written reservation confirmation, by email, summarizing all the information relating to your stay.
The balance of the price of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
In the event that the balance is not paid within the aforementioned deadline, the stay is considered canceled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
Any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking
➢ Right of withdrawal
According to article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to tourist services.
➢ Maximum capacity
For security and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for by the type of accommodation or pitch reserved (1 to x people maximum, depending on the capacity of the accommodation or pitch). location), including newborns.
If we observe upon your arrival that the maximum capacity of the accommodation or reserved pitch is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or reserved pitch, without reimbursement of the price of stay from us.
➢ Clientele - Minors
For safety reasons, minors unaccompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay are not accepted in our campsite, unless authorized by us prior to arrival, by email, upon request from you.
3/ Payment terms
➢ Payment method accepted
Your stay can be paid via the payment methods following: bank check, bank card, transfer, cash, check, ANCV or ANCVconnect..
However, by way of derogation, reservations made less than 8 days before the start date of the stay must be paid by credit card exclusively, unless physically present at reception for this reservation.
➢ Passing customers
For stays in pitches without reservation (passage), you must, upon your arrival, pay the first night. You are also responsible for indicating to reception the desired or extended length of stay. The balance must be paid the same day no later than the following day; you must therefore take reception opening hours into account.
In the event of payment in advance and early departure, no refund will be made.
4/ Stay
➢ Return the keys
Accommodation:
Arrival times are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Departure time from accommodation is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the latest.
Location :
Arrivals are between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The departure time for the pitches is from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the latest.
Your wishes for a specific location or accommodation on the campsite can only be satisfied according to our reception possibilities upon your arrival.
Your accommodation must be repaired upon your departure; the cleaning must in particular have been done by you.
➢ Delayed arrival and early departure
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure compared to the dates mentioned on your reservation confirmation, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be able to claim a refund for the part of the stay not completed.
➢ Animals
Dogs and cats, except category 1 and 2 dogs, are allowed on our campsite. The health record must be presented upon arrival.
Animals are not allowed in mobile homes.
Dogs must be kept on a leash..
Be sure to respect hygiene and the campsite environment.
➢ Image
During your stay, we may take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for communication purposes in which you and the people accompanying you may appear. By regularizing your reservation, you are presumed to authorize us to use the photos and/or in which you appear for the aforementioned purposes. You are also assured of this authorization by the people accompanying you.
Any specific refusal must be notified to us by email or post.
➢ Termination of the reservation contract in the event of fault on your part
The reservation contract will be resolved automatically in the event of one or other of the following events:
In the event of repeated non-compliance with our internal regulations. In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch. No price refund will be made on our part.
In the event of no-show at the campsite within 24 hours from the start of your stay and without proof. We will have your accommodation at the end of 24 hours.
If applicable, we will keep all the amounts you have paid to us; no refund will be made
5/ Modification of stay
You can request to modify the dates and/or terms (type of accommodation) of your stay at our campsite, provided that your request reaches us by email at least 21 days before the original arrival date. However, you will need to book a new stay at our campsite during the same season as that during which the initial stay was planned, depending on availability and prices in force.
Your initial stay cannot be modified more than once. If you cannot honor the stay substituted for the initial stay, it will be considered canceled; the amounts paid will not be refunded to you.
If the price of the substituted stay is higher than that of the initial stay, you will have to pay the difference no later than 30 days before the new arrival date. Otherwise, the substituted stay is considered canceled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply.
If the price of the substituted stay is lower than the price of the initial stay, we will keep the price difference, to compensate for the damage resulting from the modification of the stay
6/ Cancellation of stay
We suggest that you take out cancellation insurance when making your reservation : “Neat”, in order to obtain optimal compensation in the event of cancellation.
The company offers you optional cancellation and interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Neat undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Neat insurance. In the event of cancellation, the customer must notify the campsite of their withdrawal as soon as an event preventing arrival or an interruption of stay occurs by mail or email and contact our partner directly at the address https:/ /declare.neat.eu/campings-independants. Neat insurance only reimburses up to 70% of the amount when the customer does not provide proof and whatever the reason except in the case of exclusion provided for in the insurance contract. The insurance reimburses 100% of the amount of the stay when the customer provides proof except in cases of exclusion provided for in the insurance contract. The amount of cancellation insurance amounts to 4% of the total amount of the stay. In the absence of subscription to Neat cancellation insurance, any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you does not give rise to a refund.
➢ Cancellation without insurance
In the event that you are unable to honor your stay, without having subscribed to Neat's cancellation insurance, no refund or postponement can be requested from the company.
7/ Art of living and use of places during your stay
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests of La Grangeonne, respect for a certain art of living is required of all.
In particular, you are asked not to smoke inside accommodation and common areas. The customer undertakes more generally to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on everyone when living in a community and the present general conditions of sale:
Respect for silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No motorized traffic in the campsite from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Dogs are kept on a leash, their droppings must be picked up
It is also strictly prohibited to recharge electric cars at the pitch terminals or via rental connections. Any violation of this provision will result in early departure.
Access to the campsite is only authorized to people whose name appears on the rental contract.
For security and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the number of occupants provided for in each rental accommodation. In the event of a false declaration during the reservation, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the balance will be retained.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and assume financial responsibility – any degradation for which he would be responsible.
Guests' attention is drawn to the fact that minors operating on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
La Grangeonne will not accept any liability in the event of loss, theft and/or damage or injury caused to property and/or people on the property, whatever the cause.
The use of charcoal barbecues is strictly prohibited on our site.
8/ Complaints - Disputes
Any possible complaint related to a stay must be made in writing, and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days following the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution found within the month following receipt of the aforementioned letter of complaint, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator, provided that you contact him within the year following sending your letter of complaint.
