GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Reservation
Reservations are made using the booking form page. After receiving your reservation request
and your deposit and subject to available space, we send you a booking confirmation.
Any hiring is personal and not assignable. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians
legal.
Payment Terms
A deposit amounting to 25% of the rent must be paid when booking. The balance is payable without
recovery, 30 days before arrival (except for reservations made less than 30 days where the balance will be paid on the day
of arrival).
Without paying the balance within the time specified, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and deposit
previously paid will be forfeited by the campsite.
On site we accept payment by check, credit card and cash.
Two sureties are required on arrival (by check or cash):

A deposit of € 150 for equipment; this deposit is refundable upon departure after inventory,
-
a deposit of 45 € for cleaning, this deposit will be returned after verification of the cleanliness.
In case of late or early departure from the dates indicated during the booking no refund
be made.
Holiday cancellation by the client
In case of cancellation of stay will be retained as compensation for breach of contract, an amount equal to 25% of the cost
total stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the expected date of arrival, an amount equal to the total
stay if you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
If you have purchased cancellation insurance at time of booking deposits paid will be reimbursed under
provided the following reasons (proof required): serious illness or serious accident or death to yourself
or your spouse one of your parents or children, sons and beautiful daughters, death of a brother, sister, a
stepbrother, a stepsister; property damage to your property and requiring
imperative that your presence on site redundancy, accident or theft of your vehicle and / or
caravan occurring on the direct way to get to the place of residence, obtaining after the date of booking
stay of a permanent contract. The amount of the cancellation insurance will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours prior

Rules of Procedure
The campers must respect the rules of the campsite as well as that of the pool.
The slot number will be assigned by the camp office upon arrival. Any person not registered in
Prior can not stay at the campsite without permission from management.
Access to the pool is free and reserved only for campers. For reasons of hygiene, swim shorts and
Bermuda shorts are not allowed.
Dogs are allowed but must be vaccinated and leashed (except dogs first and second categories
are prohibited).
Rentals and locations must be released at the time mentioned, otherwise an additional night will be
charged.
Vehicles can be parked nearby locations and accommodation; inside the camp
speed limit is 10km / h.
Management reserves the right to remove without notice or refund to anyone who does not respect
the rules of procedure, especially regarding the noise at night, or who has given false information
on the occupants of the plot. Liability insurance is mandatory. The campsite can not be
liable for damage or deterioration that may occur to personal property of the camper.
