Booking conditions
- Failure to comply with all clauses mentioned below will result in the cancellation of the contract and the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of the booking contract duly completed and signed.
- The bookings bind the campsite Uhaitza The Season, only if the campsite has accepted them, which it is free to do or to refuse, according to the availability, and in a general way, of all circumstances of nature to interfere with the execution of the reservation made.
- The booking of a campsite or a rental is strictly personal. Under no circumstances can you sublet or assign your booking.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians (or with written authorization from both parents).
- The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the location or accommodation rented.
- The preferences formulated during the reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without incurring the responsibility of the establishment.
- It is up to the customer to make sure. The customer releases the responsibility of the establishment in case of damage due to falling branches, bad weather, natural disaster, in case of theft, breakage of ice ...
- All customers must comply with the rules of procedure.
- Each tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with him or visiting him.
- The tenant accepts the location or the rental as is.
Camping pitches
- The basic package includes the location for the tent, caravan or camper for 1 to 2 people and a maximum of 8 people per location, 1 maximum installation (1 tent or 1 caravan with awning or 1 camper) access to sanitation and infrastructure. Additional tents may be added, after agreement of the manager or the campsite manager (maximum 3).
- The cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantees offered by the campsite. No refund will be made without subscription of the guarantee or cancellation insurance.
arrivals
- The pitch will be available from 14:00 and must be occupied at the latest before 20:00.
- In case of late arrival, and in the absence of a customer's proof, stating the delay, the location will become available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract and the deposit and the costs of folder will be acquired at the campsite.
departures
- Departures will be announced 24 hours in advance.
- The location must be restored to the original state at the end of the stay.
- The location is to be vacated before 12:00. In case of departure after 12:00, an additional day of stay will be charged (unless previously agreed).
Group
- Any booking of more than 4 accommodations by the same individual or by different natural persons but knowing each other and traveling together for the same reasons for the same dates of stay is considered as a group.
- The accommodations and sites offered on the website are addressed exclusively to individual customers.
- For any group booking request, you must contact us by phone, e-mail or via our Contact Us section. The campsite reserves the right to study the reservation request before acceptance or refusal of it.
Rental accommodation
- Rates include rental for up to the number of persons indicated, its complete inventory, access for a vehicle, access to common services and infrastructure.
- The installation of an additional tent is not allowed.
- It is not possible to rent our accommodation for one night (except on certain dates). The minimum of mandatory nights is indicated on our fee schedule.
- In July and August, arrivals and departures rentals are only on Saturday (or Sunday, according to agreement).
- The cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantees offered by the campsite. No refund will be made without subscription of the guarantee or cancellation insurance.
arrivals
- The day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 16:00, and the delivery of the keys of your rental, a deposit will be required (check, credit card number or cash).
- The inventory must be made by the tenant customer. The inventory sheet signed and returned to the reception. In the absence of this card returned within 24 hours upon receipt, the complete inventory will be deemed acquired. No claim will be taken into account beyond this period.
- In case of late arrival, and in the absence of a supporting message from the client, stating the delay, the rental will become available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract and the deposit and the booking fees will be acquired at the campsite.
departures
- The rental accommodation must be vacated by 10am. The accommodation will be returned in perfect cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any object broken or deteriorated will be your responsibility, as well as the restoration of the places if it were necessary. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay after deduction of the allowances retained, on justifying invoices, for the possible damages noted by the inventory of places of exit.
The deduction of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in case the costs exceed the amount thereof. In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package worth 35 € TTC will be required.
- For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current night price.
Group

Booking fee

Prices
The prices indicated are valid for the 2017 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
Tourist tax
The amount of the tourist tax can be changed without notice by the municipality.
Payment Terms
Camping pitches
- A deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid on the spot the day of your arrival.
Rental accommodation
- A deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the day of your arrival. Any reservation of rental accommodation that has not been settled one month before the date indicated on the contract will be automatically canceled, the deposit and the booking fees kept by the campsite.
No right of withdrawal
- In accordance with Article .121-19 of the Consumer Code, Uhaitza campsite Le Saison informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a given date, or at a specific periodicity, does not is not subject to the 14-day cooling-off provisions.
Cancellation and modification
1. Modification of your reservation
- The client can request the modification of his stay (dates, type of accommodation, number of people ...) on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted on the following season. In the absence of modification, the customer must make his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it under the terms of the cancellation insurance if it was subscribed by the customer.
- Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made according to availability and according to the rates in force.
- Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
2. Unused services
- Any interrupted or abbreviated stay (late arrival, early departure) of your event will not give rise to a refund.
3. Cancellation due to Camping Uhaitza The Season
- In case of cancellation due to camping, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation can not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the client

Animals
Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the campsite.
Picture
You authorize Camping Uhaitza The Season, as well as any person, any company that the campsite would like to take the place of, photograph you, record you or film you during your stay and exploit the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all graphic, optical, digital and / or electronic media (in particular on the sites or Internet pages of the Uhaitza campsite Le Saison, its Facebook, on presentation and promotional materials and on travel or tourist guides). Its sole purpose is to promote, animate and communicate our social networks and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge for all countries.

All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the websites Camping Uhaitza The Season are not contractual.
They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities proposed and indicated in the description in the brochure or the website are removed, especially for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure as defined by the French courts.

Special conditions of sale
The overnight camping is from 14h00 and before 12h. Any day started is due. The rented night is from 16h00 and before 10h.
