These general conditions govern the bookings of stays made at Camping Pradelongue. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its clients. Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.

VALIDATION OF THE BOOKING
The booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the duly completed and signed booking contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online. The campsite is free to accept or refuse the booking request depending on availability and any circumstances that could hinder the execution of the booking made. The management reserves the right to change the assigned number for the pitch or mobile home.

The booking of a camping pitch or a rental is made strictly on a personal basis. You cannot under any circumstances sublet or transfer your booking without the prior consent of the campsite. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

CAMPING PITCH
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities, and equipment. The pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people regardless of their age. For large equipment (caravan, motorhome), it is imperative to notify us.

RENTALS
The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package ranges from 2 to 6 places, depending on the type of rental, water, gas, and electricity included. Sheets and linens are not provided (they can be added with an extra charge and on reservation). The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families presenting with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation. Additional tents are not allowed on the rental pitch. All rentals are non-smoking.

BOOKING FEES
The booking fees are €6.00 for pitches and €25.00 for rental accommodations.

PRICES AND TOURIST TAX
The indicated prices are valid for the mentioned season. They correspond to one or more nights depending on the length of stay. They are in euros and include VAT. The amount of the tourist tax is indicated but is subject to change by the community of municipalities.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Camping pitches and rental accommodations
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booked services must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking. In case of non-payment of the balance by the client no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-offer the accommodation for rent, and the deposits paid will be retained by the campsite.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Modification of booking
The Client can request the modification of their stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (mail or email) at least 30 days before their arrival date, subject to availability and possibilities. Any request to extend the duration of your stay will be fulfilled according to availability and current rates. Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions. Any request to postpone the stay is considered a cancellation subject to the cancellation conditions. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of modification, the Client must complete their stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation insurance conditions.
Postponement of the arrival date: In the absence of a written message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the rental may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your booking.

Interrupted stay
In case of an interrupted stay for one of the following reasons:

Closure of borders by administrative decision
Administrative closure of the campsite
Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers preventing the client from coming to the campsite.
A credit corresponding to the unused nights, valid for one year, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal of this credit by the client, they will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance if it was subscribed. Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by the client cannot give rise to any refund or credit.

Cancellation by the campsite
In case of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the amounts paid for the booking will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages and interest.

Cancellation by the client
Any request to cancel a stay must be made in writing. Any cancellation results in the termination of the booking, and the campsite reserves the right to re-offer the accommodation for rent.
a. If you have not subscribed to cancellation insurance:
For one of the following reasons and up to the arrival date:

Closure of borders by administrative decision
Administrative closure of the campsite
Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers preventing the client from coming to the campsite.
A credit, corresponding to the full amount paid, valid for one year, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal of this credit by the client, they will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount.
For all other reasons:

If your cancellation reaches us 30 days before the scheduled stay date, your deposit and the booking fees will be retained by the campsite.
If your cancellation reaches us less than 30 days before the scheduled stay date, the full balance will be retained by the campsite in addition to the booking fees.
In the absence of a written message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the pitch may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your booking.

b. If you have subscribed to cancellation insurance:
The amounts paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general conditions of cancellation. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general terms and conditions of sale in paragraph 4.a. apply, and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in case of cancellation.

ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the campsite informs its clients that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specified period, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

STAY PROCEEDINGS
Arrival
The reception is open from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. If a health pass is required by the government for the reserved stay dates, all participants subject to this obligation must present a valid health pass to enter the campsite. The camping pitch can be occupied from 12 PM, and arrivals are possible until 8 PM. Rental accommodations can be occupied from 4 PM, and arrivals are possible until 8 PM. A few days before your arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested by our partner Swikly. An inventory sheet to be checked within 24 hours will be provided upon request; any claims made after this period will not be considered. Guests or visitors must be reported to the reception no later than at the time of their arrival.

Stay
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are insured. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, or incidents under the client's civil liability. All clients must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each main tenant is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with them or visit them.

Departure
On the departure day indicated on your contract:

The pitch must be vacated before 12 PM.
The rental must be vacated before 10 AM.
The rental you leave will be inspected between 8 AM and 10 AM. If it is vacated in a perfectly clean state, without missing or damaged equipment, the deposit will be returned to you. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the rental has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee will be requested according to the type of mobile home. For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.

ANIMALS
Animals (maximum 2) must be vaccinated and kept on a leash at all times. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited. Vaccination records must be up to date.

MINORS
For obvious safety reasons (pool, possible evacuation of the campsite in case of weather alert) or health reasons (possible hospitalization during the stay), unaccompanied minors are not admitted. Furthermore, Camping Pradelongue is not authorized, within the meaning of decree n°2002-883 of May 3, 2002, relating to the protection of minors during school holidays, professional holidays, and leisure activities, to ensure collective or individual stays outside the family home for minors under 18 years old, not accompanied by their legal guardians.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The campsite reserves the right to expel any offender of the internal regulations.

DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
Any potential complaint must be reported by mail or email to the campsite manager concerned within 30 days following the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute, you must send us a letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the option of contacting the CM2C Mediation Center (Center for the Mediation of Consumer Conciliators of Justice) one month after sending these letters/emails. You must then file a file online at cm2c@cm2c.net or by mail: CM2C 14 rue Saint Jean 75017 PARIS.

CAMPSITE LIABILITY
The client expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or any third party of false information mentioned in their brochure or website, especially the presentation photos, leisure activities, services, and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on websites are non-contractual. They are for indicative purposes only.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The information you provide when placing your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by the campsite. It will be used only by the campsite services for the processing of your order and to enhance and personalize communication. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data. To do this, simply request it by mail to the campsite, mentioning your names and address.
