GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS CAMPING FERME PEDAGOGIQUE DE PRUNAY
- The booking will take effect only after receipt of the deposit, and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
- Any deposit paid for the reservation of a stay, whatever the date, will in no case be refunded.
- The reservation of a campsite or a rental is made in a strictly personal capacity. Under no circumstances can you sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of the Prunay Camping Ferme Pédagogique.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
MAIN CONDITIONS OF OUR RULES:
RENTAL: Arrival from 16H to 18H, departure between 8H and 10H.
BARE PITCHES: Arrival from 14H to 18H, departure between 8H and 12H
In case of delay (arrival after 18:00), the guest must inform the campsite by telephone so that its location and/or accommodation remains well reserved.
Without a call from the client before 6PM, the entire contract will be cancelled as of right and no refund will be made. No late arrival beyond 7 pm will be accepted.
- The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 1 month before the stay.
- A deposit of € 580 will be requested on arrival, by credit card only: for the reservation of a rental.
- The rental must be kept in perfect condition and the inventory can be checked. Any broken or deteriorated object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you a maximum of 1 week after the end of the stay, after deduction of the allowances withheld, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the state of the places of exit. The withholding of the bond does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the charges exceed the amount of the bond.
In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package with a minimum value of €80 including taxes will be requested.
For any delayed departure, that is after 10H, you may be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.
- Camping Ferme Pédagogique de Prunay reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to families presenting with a greater number of participants than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
- For the safety and tranquillity of all, we ask our guests in accommodation (mobile homes, chalets, rentals) to park in the outdoor parking lot for the duration of the stay.
- Our customers must be insured. Camping Ferme Pédagogique de Prunay does not accept any responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., and in case of incident falling under the civil responsibility of the customer.
GROUP BOOKING:
- Any booking of more than 4 pitches and/or rentals by one or more persons, knowing each other and having the same motivations on the same dates, is considered as a group.
- The pitches and rentals put online are reserved for individual customers.

Camping Ferme Pédagogique de Prunay will study the application live with the group.
RATES:
-Prices in Euros are valid for the current season.
-The tourist tax is to be paid directly on the campsite, upon arrival of the guest: 0.44€ / adult/ night
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
-For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the reserved services must be paid upon booking.
-The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
-For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
ABSENCE OF THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
-In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the French Consumer Code, Camping Ferme Pédagogique de Prunay informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specified date or at a specified frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
ANIMALS:
Pets are accepted only for bookings of bare pitches, except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category.
Regarding reservations in accommodation (mobile homes, chalets, unusual etc), the request must be made before the reservation - the customer must receive a written agreement from the campsite in order to come accompanied by his animal. Also, only rentals booked live with the campsite (either on the website www.prunay.com) are able to accept pets.
When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are forbidden in the courtyard of the farm, at the reception, near the pool and in the buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
1. Modification of your reservation:
The Customer can request the modification of his stay on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. Deferrals will be conditionally allowed. If no change is made, the customer must make his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made according to availability and according to the rates in force.
Any request to decrease the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to cancellation and interruption of stay
2. Benefits not used:
Any stay interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) of your fact will not give rise to a refund.
3. Cancellation of the Prunay Educational Farm Campsite:
In case of cancellation of the Camping Ferme Pédagogique de Prunay, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the customer:
No refund will be made without subscription of the cancellation insurance.
5.COVID-19:
In the event of an administrative closure of the campsite related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the campsite undertakes to offer you a deferral valid for 18 months, or a refund of the sums paid excluding application fees and cancellation insurance fees.
