Réservation terms
By post : réservation will be confirmed at réception of the signed réservation formular and reception of the deposit (25% for a pitch, 30% for rental mobil home).
Internet : reservation will be confirmed at reception of deposit.
Payment
All our rates are including water, gas, electricity and wifi.
Our mobil homes are having kitchen équipment as well as plates and cutlery.
Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included. Sheets can be rented ( please inform us at reservation)
Local taxes are not included and should be paid upon arrival (0.50€ per day and per person).
For rental mobil home, 30% of the invoice at reservation, the final amount must be paid one month before arrival. No réduction or refund in case of delated arrival or earlier departure.
Arrival and departure time
Rental Mobil home : arrival between 3PM and 7PM
Departure : before 10AM
July /August : minimum stay 1 Week from saturday to saturday
Other months : no minimum stay, arrival and reservation depending availability.
Pitch : arrival between 2PM and 7PM Departure before 12AM
Deposit
A deposit of 250€ for furniture and equipment of the rental will be requested upon arrival as well as 50€ for any cleaning costs. A y broken.deteriorated or lost objects will be at your expense as well as the restoration of the premises.if there is no problem this deposit will be returned. At your departure the cleaning of the rental is your responsibility. If not left perfectly clean we keep the deposit. In case of early departure deposits will be refunded after control.
Cancellation
For any cancellation the deposit will be kept if you don't suscribe the cancellation insurance offered by the camping ´plein soleil'
Before departure or during your stay this insurance covers the costs of breach of contract for illness, accident or death of a family member, complication of pregnancy before 7th month, material damage, economic dismissal, accident or theft of your vehicle or caravan....(full terms, terms and limits of warranties are available upon request from our insurer :
General terms
The booking is personal. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer its rental to a third party. The number of tenants cannot exceed the capacity of the rental.
Only one car is allowed per location. Access is allowed between 8AM and 10.30PM.
For safety speed is limited at 10km/h.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rental. Animals must be kept on a leach and must be taken outside the camping for their needs. Under no circumstances animals remain alone in the rental. It is forbidden to put them on benches and beds. A basket is required. Certificate of mandatory vaccination is requested. Dogs 2nd and 3rd category are prohibited. One animal less 15kg per rental.
Visitors are accepted after approval of the reception. Access to the swimming pool is forbidden. Minors not accompanied by their parents for the duration of the stay are not accepted.
Various
All tenants must be insured for their property and civil liability.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05/2019 to 10/10/2019 from 10am to 8pm. Swimming shorts are prohibited in the pool. Bath underwear is mandatory.
Our camping site is not suitable for double-axle caravans.
Cash, bank transfers, French bank checks, bank cards, accepted.
