Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-hautes-pyenees.com and its online booking system www.secureholidays.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general terms and conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's head office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
• 2.1 Prices and payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fees.

• 2.2 Deposit
In order to guarantee the reservation, 30% of the rental amount is required on the day of the reservation. The balance of the rental must be paid 21 days before arrival.
• 2.3 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
• 2.4 Cancellation
a) The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
b) if the tenant has not shown up on the day mentioned on the contract: after a period of 12 hours and without notice given to the owner:
1° this contract is considered terminated
2° the deposit remains acquired by the owner
3° the owner can dispose of his mobile home
c) in the event of cancellation by the owner: he will reimburse the tenant the amount of the deposit received
• 2.5 Withdrawal

• 2.6 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Article 3 - Stay schedule
• 3.1 Arrivals and Departures
In rentals and campsites: arrivals are from 2 p.m. (4 p.m. in July and August), departures are before 10 a.m., any day of the week.
• 3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 200 to 400 euros depending on the type of accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit is destroyed if the rental is clean and without damage
• 3.3 Use of the Premises
The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it, in accordance with the purpose of the premises and the internal regulations of the campsite.
On departure, the tenant agrees to return his rental as clean as he found it on arrival. The rental may not under any circumstances benefit third parties.
The owner will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he made of it and will keep it in a condition for use.
• 3.4 number of occupants
The number of tenants may not under any circumstances exceed the indicated capacity, without the owner's prior agreement.
A supplement will then be calculated in proportion to the number of people.
For the smooth running of the establishment, groups of more than 8 people are not accepted in July, August or during periods of very high attendance.
• 3.5 Departure
The tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises after the expiry of the period initially provided for in this contract. Any request to extend the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
• 3.6 Animals
Dogs are tolerated at most 2 (except in our cabins) but must be kept on a lead on the grounds. They must not disturb the neighborhood and may not under any circumstances be left alone in the rental.
• 3.7 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 – Liability/Insurance
The Campsite declines all liability for damage suffered by the client/camper-caravaner's equipment that is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, others...).
The tenant is required to insure the accommodation rented to him. He must check whether his main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental). If not, it is advisable to inquire with his insurer.
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Tarbes (65000)
