1/ RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Reservation: Online – By phone (bare pitches only) – By mail
Validation and payment (€20 booking fee for rentals, €5 for pitches)
• Reservations of pitches and rentals are validated upon acceptance and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay and confirmed upon payment of the balance of the stay, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
A confirmation email detailing your stay will be sent to you in return, at each stage. A reservation cannot be assigned or sublet, except with our agreement.
2/ CONDITIONS OF ARRIVAL
Arrival/Departure:
• Camping pitches are rented from 2 p.m. to 2 p.m. regardless of the day of arrival.
• Arrivals of Mobile Home Rentals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (7 p.m. September/October) and departures from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. max.
• Arrivals of Equipped Tent Rentals are from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (7 p.m. September/October) and departures from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. max.
Any overrun of the departure time will result in the invoicing of an additional night.
The number and identification of participants in the stay must absolutely correspond to the reservation. The number may not exceed the maximum provided for in the contract depending on the type of rental or location.
Any rental or pitch not taken on the scheduled arrival date (without written proof) will be considered as canceled and free, thus being able to be resold by the campsite. The deposit or the balance paid will be lost and acquired at the campsite without the possibility of reimbursement
3/ CANCELLATION / EARLY DEPARTURE / REIMBURSEMENT
Early departure:
Pitches and Rentals: No early departure will give rise to any reimbursement unless you subscribe to the Camping's cancellation insurance.
Cancellation:
Pitches and Rentals (if you do not subscribe to cancellation insurance): Cancellation by you, the 30% deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.
The full amount paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival.
Exception: Except in the event of a pandemic where travel restrictions or even confinement or closing of borders would be imposed by a State, Region, Department or Municipality, all sums already received will be reimbursed.
In the event of cancellation of any reservation by us or by an external fact, no amount will be due and all amounts already received will be refunded.
4/ INSURANCE
It is possible to take out cancellation insurance through the Campsite when booking.
Do not hesitate to ask us about this, see the conditions below in the appendices.
VISA or MASTERCARD owners, check if you do not already have a “Travel cancellation insurance” option in your contract.
5/ RENTAL DEPOSITS
Checks and Bank Loans are accepted (not cashed). The amounts are as follows:
€100 for the Nomad 15-2 as a guarantee for cleaning and equipment;
€250 in equipment guarantee for Mobile Homes;
+ €50 to €60 in cleaning guarantee for Mobile Homes (if cleaning option not subscribed and depending on the rental period)
Returned on the day of departure after inspection by our rental services, in your presence, minus any breakage, loss or damage noted on the equipment or if cleaning has not been carried out under the conditions detailed in the sheet provided to your arrival.
A price sheet will be provided to you on your arrival detailing each cost in the event of damage.
Think about your Civil Liability Insurance
The deposits must be provided by an adult residing in the rental during the period of stay. A participant cannot therefore provide several deposits for different rentals.
These deposits guarantee you the perfect cleanliness and the complete inventory of the Rental.
6/ ANIMALS AT THE CAMPSITE
Our animal friends are accepted (except Equipped Tents) on the campsite provided:
To be 2 maximum per pitch;
To be kept on a leash within the campsite, stray animals are prohibited;
To respect the surrounding calm: the inopportune barking of dogs is not tolerated;
Not to be left outside in your absence;
Not to be locked in a vehicle/rental under strong heat;
In mobile home rentals, you will be charged an additional €5/night per animal for your stay.
7/ SMOCKING
It's PROHIBITED TO SMOKE in EVERY PUBLIC BUILDING (Reception, Toilet, Bike shed, covered area)
ACCOMMODATION are also NON SMOKING area.
Every violation could be fined 68€ (decree N°2006-1386 du 15/11/2006)
8/SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is not supervised. Using the pool is under the full responsibility and the supervision of the adults looking after the under 18's.
9/ HYBID & ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Recharging a vehicle with electricity must be carried out on a terminal provided for this purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to connect to a rental or a camping terminal, which is not suitable and presents a high risk of overheating of the socket which could cause a fire.
Compensation of €50 will be invoiced to you in the event of a wild connection that has not caused any damage, otherwise the damage will be subject to a “claims” assessment with our insurance.
10/ DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the customer service of the camping , any customer who stayed in the camping, can contact a customer mediator within a limit of 1 year after the dated letter of complaint sent to the business owner (tracked and signed). The contact details of the mediator likely to be contacted by the client are as follows: CMDC, 14 rue Saint Jean -75017 Paris.
Your arrival in the camping implies the acceptance of the complete rules and regulation and all contractual conditions approved by signature.
