General conditions of sale
I/ BOOKING CONDITIONS
All booking requests must be accompanied by the payment of deposit and acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The reservation will be considered final as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by CampO'Village. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. CampO'Village offers family stays, so it reserves the right to refuse any booking that would violate this principle or divert it. Reservation of a campsite or accommodation being nominative, it cannot be sub-leased or even transferred. In the event of an incorrect declaration by the lessee, this contract shall be automatically terminated and the sums paid shall remain vested in the AIFM.
II/ PAYMENT TERMS
1- Application fees
No application fee is charged.
2- Deposit / Balance
- If the reservation takes place more than 15 days before the stay date, a deposit is requested and the balance must be paid 15 days before your arrival at the campsite.
- If the reservation takes place between 15 days and 2 days before the start date of your stay, payment of the total amount of your stay is requested at the reservation.
- No reservation is possible 24 hours before your arrival.
III/ YOUR STAY
1- Arrival in place
Arrivals are between 4:00pm and 7:30pm. You must inform the campsite of any delayed arrival. Reserved spaces are kept for 24 hours after your scheduled arrival date. After that period, they shall cease to be retained. Only one vehicle per pitch, a second vehicle can be accepted according to your dates of stay on special request at the campsite and in supplement (see prices).
2- Arrival by rental
Upon arrival, we will ask you to pay a flat-rate deposit of 300€ (bank card or cash) including the rental, its equipment and the cleaning package for the cleanliness of the accommodation. This deposit will be returned after checking the cleanliness of the premises and inventory. Keys are handed in between 4:00pm and 7:30pm. You must inform the campsite of any delayed arrival. The equipment of each rental is the subject of an inventory. The tenant is obliged to check it upon arrival and to report any anomalies before the next day at noon and at the earliest in case of stay of an overnight stay. Only one vehicle per rental, a second vehicle can be accepted according to your dates of stay on special request at the campsite and in supplement (see prices).
3- During your stay
It is up to the camper to make sure. In case of loss, theft, damage to personal effects or damage in case of fire, bad weather... the Campsite cannot be held liable. Each person staying on the campsite undertakes to comply with the provisions of the internal rules displayed at the entrance of the campsite. The silence must be total between 10:30 and 7:00. In addition, vehicle traffic is limited to 10km/h and is prohibited between 9:00pm and 7:00am. Visitors are allowed on the site from 9 am to 10:30 pm. They must present themselves at the reception to identify themselves and the people they are visiting. Their vehicle will remain parked in the outdoor parking lot. Tents are not accepted on rental sites unless agreed with the reception and additional fee. During your stay, you can be photographed or filmed and appear on our next advertising materials. If you refuse, please notify us by registered letter, accompanied by a copy of your identity document.
4- Animals
Pets are accepted on the site subject to payment by the owner of a fee (see prices). They must be kept on a leash, tattooed, vaccinated and declared at reception. Under no circumstances will they be left alone in the rental or on the site.
Only one small animal with a maximum weight of 12kg will be allowed in the rentals.
Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly forbidden. (cf Ministerial Orders of 30/06/92, 22/01/85 and 06/01/99).
5- Departures in the location
Pitches must be vacated on the day of departure before 11am. After this time and without agreement with reception, an additional night will be charged.
6- Rental departures
Departures are made on the day indicated on the booking confirmation before 10 am. For any departure outside the hours agreed with the reception, 10€ will be charged. The accommodation will be returned in perfect condition and any broken or damaged objects will be at your expense as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The retention of the security shall not preclude additional compensation where the costs exceed the amount of the security.
7- Late arrival
Please note that the entrance gate is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Guests can arrive outside reception opening hours until 21:00 only for a bare pitch. After these hours, it will no longer be possible to settle in the campsite for a rental or a pitch.
IV/ CANCELLATION
1- Unused services: In case of arrival after closing of the reception (accommodation) or 9 p.m. (pitch) or early departure, no refund will be made.
2- Cancellation by the customer (except for a specific insurance contract): The deposit will be kept by the campsite. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be kept and the balance of the stay can be transferred to a subsequent stay during the current season.
3- Cancellation due to the campsite: The campsite reserves the right to cancel your stay in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could affect the safety of the participants. The deposit and the balance of the stay received will be refunded.
4- Interruption of stay: No refund will be made. The campsite reserves the right to claim a cleaning fee for the rental (€15 bare pitch and €65 rental).
5- Cancellation and interruption insurance Campez-Couvert, our partner Gritchen Affinity, offers optional Cancellation and Interruption of Stay insurance on your rental contract, which allows only customers who have taken out Campez Couvert insurance to be reimbursed for all or part of the stay. In the event of cancellation, the campsite must be notified, by post or email, of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure or arrival. If the claim is provided for in the general terms and conditions (available on www.campez-couvert.com or at the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
V/ Complaint
In the event of a complaint, the customer can contact the campsite's complaints department by mail with acknowledgement of receipt at the campsite's address. The campsite will provide the customer with a response within a maximum of two months.
VI/ Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or at a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
