Rental of a chalet / mobile home
1-Any rental is nominative and cannot, in any case, be transferred or sublet.
2 - The rental only becomes effective with our agreement. (deposit and rental costs)
3 - The Soleil du Pibeste campsite establishes the amount to be paid for the duration of the rental. A quarter of this amount, plus booking fees, must be provided to him at the same time as the contract for the rental to be definitively registered.
Confirmation of receipt of this sum and of the rental is then sent or not depending on the availability of the campsite.
The balance of the rental amount must be paid at the campsite one month before the day of arrival. No reduction will be granted in the event of delayed arrival or early departure. Payment of your entire stay for the months of June July August August September.
4 - If the number of people is different on arrival, or during the stay from that initially planned, the correction will be made immediately; a maximum number of people is expected depending on the rental.
5 - In the event of cancellation, following the events of Covid-19, nothing will be retained, you will be offered to postpone your stay or refund the deposit.
6 - The rented chalets or mobile homes are made available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m., no breakage or cleaning deposit will be required, we want to set up a climate of trust between us where everyone can express the reality of his stay in our ecovillage.
7 - In the absence of a telegraphed message specifying that the tenant had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes available from 6 p.m. on the day of arrival mentioned on the rental contract and the payment and full payment benefits remains required.
8 - For any modification of the dates of stay, the same rental cannot be guaranteed.
9 - All tenants are required to comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations
The courts of TARBES are only competent in the event of litigation
