GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE
CANVAS BUNGALOW
PETS NOT ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL
Holiday tax extra: 0.55 € / per person over age 18 per night
1/ All rental agreements are in an individual's name and may not be transferred.
2/ This rental agreement will not become effective until we have received payment of a 30% deposit. This payment should be made by bank card on the CTOUTVERT secure interface.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a hire contract. Please keep 1 copy of this and present it on the day of your arrival.
If you book less than 30 days before your arrival date, the price of the holiday must be paid in full on booking.
3/ The balance of the price of the holiday must be paid 30 days before your arrival. No reductions will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.
4/ Unless you send a written message stating that you have had to postpone your arrival date, the accommodation will become available 40 hours after the arrival date shown on this rental contract (i.e. midday on the next day but one). The operator will retain the deposit and booking and cancellation fees will not be reimbursed.
5/ You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 250€ on your arrival. This will be returned after an inventory has been taken on the day of your departure showing that you have left the accommodation in the condition in which you found it. In the event of any loss or damage, a sum will be deducted to cover the cost of repairs to the accommodation or replacement of missing or damaged equipment.
A sum of 50€ may be requested if the rental accommodation has not been cleaned on the day of departure, in view of the internal rules which state that clients must clean their accommodation.
An inventory will be taken of the accommodation on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure, during reception opening hours.
Rentals begin on Saturdays at 15.00 and end on Saturday s at 11.00.
6/ Clients undertake to comply with the campsite's internal rules and ensure that the individuals occupying the accommodation also comply with them.
7/ The tenant declares that he has public liability and damage insurance that cover him as the tenant of a holiday residence.

PLOTS
1/ All rental agreements are in an individual's name and may not be transferred.
2/ This rental agreement will not become effective until we have received payment of a 20% deposit. This payment should be made by bank card on the CTOUTVERT secure interface.
3/ The balance of the cost of your holiday and holiday tax should be paid on the day of your departure.
4/ Unless you send a written message stating that you have had to postpone your arrival date, the accommodation will become available 40 hours after the arrival date shown on this rental contract (i.e. midday the next day). The operator will retain the deposit. Booking and insurance fees will not be reimbursed.
5/ Rentals begin in the afternoon from 15.00 and end at midday.
6/ Clients undertake to comply with the campsite's internal rules and ensure that the individuals occupying the plot also comply with them. Plots are for a maximum of six people and 2 installations.
7/ Plots are allocated on the day of your arrival under the manager's responsibility.
8/ The tenant declares that he has public liability insurance covering him against damage caused to third parties.
