Article 1 - General sales conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all rental sales on one of our websites;

They form an integral part of every contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to each booking of a stay, the terms and conditions apply to the client himself and to every person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, these general terms and conditions are made available to every customer prior to the conclusion of a contract for the sale of accommodation. They can also be obtained by a simple written request addressed to Camping Le Plô.

Article 2 – Terms of Reservation

2.1 Pricing and payments
The price of a stay is indicated in euros, including VAT. ATTENTION; The tourist tax is NOT included in the price !!!

The 1st down payment is 45 € and must be transferred within 7 days, the remainder must be transferred at least 6 weeks before arrival. For reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival, payment is always in 1 installment and before the arrival date.

An online reservation is only complete after our acceptance and after;
- cashing in your bank deposit
- receipt of your transfer
- the receipt of your deposit
- receipt of ANCV holiday checks
If we cannot meet your reservation request, we will not collect the deposit. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation online by e-mail. After receiving the total amount of the accommodation and reservation costs you will receive a definitive reservation confirmation.

The information published on our site is the most complete and current information. Changes to our offers and prices or information are possible at any time. The content of our site can under no circumstances allow you to grant you rights.

2.2 Change of reservation
Each rental (pitch and / or rental property) is nominative and cannot be resold.
The tenant is not entitled to a refund or discount in the event of late arrival or early departure. For any non-communicated delay, the rental object or pitch is available for re-renting by the campsite 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation is invalid and the payment remains with the management of the campsite.

2.3 Cancellation
Every reservation can be canceled by the Campsite if the total accommodation costs are not received within the applicable time limits (see Article 2.1 of these conditions).

When booking, the customer is given the option to take out cancellation insurance for an amount of 3.8% of the total amount of the stay (excluding administration costs and tourist tax). The reimbursement conditions are the conditions of the Campez Couvert organization which are available on www.campez-couvert.com
For the cancellation insurance to be valid, the contract must be signed at the same time for the booking of the stay and the premium paid must be paid in full.

Refund by Camping Le Plô after cancellation of the stay
If canceled less than 2 months before the date of arrival, no refund is possible, 2-3 months before the arrival date we will refund 30% of the deposit minus 45 € administration costs. If canceled more than 3 months before the date of arrival, we will refund 60% of the deposit minus 35 € administration costs. Another possibility for cancellation more than 2 months before the date of arrival is to convert the amount paid minus 35 € administration costs into a voucher. This voucher is personal and valid for a stay at our campsite before the end of the following season. If your cancellation is covered by cancellation insurance, you cannot take advantage of our reimbursement conditions.


2.4 Revocation period
The legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for in consumer legislation do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the French consumer law).
For example, the customer is not entitled to a withdrawal for every order for a stay at the campsite.

2.5 Cancellation insurance
The cancellation and interruption insurance is optional, but the customer is invited to take this out when booking: 3.8% of the amount of your stay.

Article 3 - Your stay

3.1 Arrival and departure
For pitches : Arrival from 2 pm, departure before 11 am, every day of the week.
For rental objects : only in the high season are the fixed arrival and departure days; Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Outside the high season, arrival and departure of your choice. The tent or caravan is available from 5 pm, departure before 10 am (so we can garant on arrival a rental accommodation in clean condition and directly available!)

3.2 Visitors
Visitors are allowed on condition that they strictly adhere to the camping regulations of the campsite. They are the responsibility of the camping guests who receive visitors. Visitors are only allowed to enter the campsite on foot and are obliged to park their means of transport outside the campsite. Visitors must report to the reception upon arrival.

3.3 Children
They are supervised by their parents who are responsible for criminal and civil matters, even if they use the playground equipment and play areas at the campsite.

3.4 Pets
Pets are allowed on the pitches and in our rental caravan. Pets are not allowed in our rental tents.
Pets are allowed on condition that a valid vaccination booklet can be shown and that they are kept on leash at all times. They must not appear aggressive. You can walk your dog outside the campsite in the woods or in the field. All excrements at the campsite must be cleaned up immediately by the dog's owner. Under no circumstances may they be left alone in cars, in the caravan, tent, rental object or on the pitch.

3.5 Camping rules
As required by law, every tenant, his company and any visitors must strictly adhere to the camping regulations submitted to the prefecture, hanged at our reception and can be obtained on request as a copy. If not, the management can refuse access to the campsite and take all necessary measures to prevent them from gaining access to the campsite, in this case there will be no reimbursement.

3.6 Swimming pool
Access to the pool is under your own responsibility and under the supervision of the parents. The rules of the pool that are placed at the entrance of the pool must be respected (tight swimwear is mandatory, swimming shorts are prohibited).

3.7 Deposit
A security deposit of € 500 per rental property is requested upon arrival. This deposit will be settled on departure, after a control inspection of the rental object and during the opening hours of the reception. Hereby any degradations and / or cleaning costs will be charged if the rental object is not delivered in perfect condition. If the tenant cannot be present at the inspection of the rental object, the deposit will be refunded within a period of 7 days after departure, after any deduction of cleaning costs, relegations and / or defective inventory.
The tenant is responsible for his rental object and the complete inventory if he has not filed a complaint at the reception within 24 hours of his arrival.

3.8 Beds
Our De Waard rental tents are equipped with two single beds of 80x200, with 2 pillows and 1 mattress cover of 2 people (bring your own; 1 double mattress cover, 1 double cover and 2 pillowcases). For the children there are 4 thick camping mattresses, this number is adjusted to the number of children (bring your own; 4 sleeping bags, 4 mattress covers and pillows with pillowcase).
The Karsten rental tents are equipped with 4 single beds of 80x200, 2 single duvets and 1 double duvet and 4 pillows. (bring your own; 2 single mattress covers, 1 double mattress cover, 2 single duvet covers, 1 double duvet cover and 4 pillowcases)
The caravan is equipped with 1 double bed and one single bed (bring your own; mattress covers, duvet covers and pillowcases)

If the renter forgets to bring covers, we are obliged to equip our beds, duvets and pillows with our covers and to charge the rental price.

3.9 Departure
Any release of a rental object or pitch after 12 o'clock will result in the billing of an extra night. Any extension of the stay must take place at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

3.10 Image rights
During your stay at our campsite, you or members of your group may be photographed or filmed by the management of the campsite or by a person who has been instructed to do so. Camping Le Plô reserves the full right to use this image material for advertising purposes for the promotion of the campsite unless you state your opposition in writing at the reception on your arrival.

Article 4 - Responsibility
The management declines all responsibility for losses, theft, accidents, damage and incidents between tenants and / or accompanying persons during the stay. Insurance for your material with regard to civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).

Article 5 - Legal system
These terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the court or commercial court of Castres.

Article 6 - Evolution and modification of the General sales conditions on the website
The General sales conditions are published on our website and can be modified and / or supplemented by Camping Le Plô at any time. In this case, the new version of the General sales conditions by internet will updated online by Camping Le Plô. As soon as it is posted on the Camping Le Plô website, the new version of the General sales conditions will automatically apply to all Customers. It is therefore recommended to regularly consult the General sales conditions on the Camping Le Plô website.

Article 7 - Complaints / Comments

Mediation
In the event of disagreement with the management of the campsite, each client of the campsite has the option of hiring a mediator for the consumer within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint by registered letter to the management of the campsite.
