Reservation
The reservation is only effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay + management fees.
Payments made by the Client will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums due by the Service Provider.
It will not be subject to any reimbursement by the Service Provider in the event of cancellation of the stay by the Client.
Payment for the stay
The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival date. Without payment on the scheduled date, the stay may be canceled and re-let by the campsite.
Arrival departure
Camping pitch in July-August: Arrival time from 1:30 p.m., Departure time before 12:00 p.m.
Accommodation: In July-August Arrival time from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturdays,
Departure time from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Except July August by appointment Arrival time between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Departure time by appointment between 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Before any departure, you will need to make an appointment at reception to take an inventory (48 hours before departure). The inventory will only be carried out on the planned departure day.
Delayed arrival, early departure
No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival, early departure or change in the number of people
(whether for all or part of the planned stay).
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance Cancellation insurance is optional but recommended. Amount of insurance 3.5% of the amount of your stay

Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our vacationers. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as a problem occurs.

IMPORTANT If cancellation insurance is not taken out, no refund or commercial gesture will be granted.
Electric Vehicles
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric or hybrid vehicle on campsites or rentals.
Charging stations are available in the car park at the entrance to the campsite.
Security deposit (Only in CB)
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit of €300 (including €100 allocated to cleanliness) is required from the Customer on the day the keys are handed over and will be returned to them, either in person on the day the rental ends, subject to possible deduction of repair costs, either by mail or email (in particular in the context of a departure prior to the times mentioned in the article) within a period not exceeding 10 days, subject to possible deduction of repair costs. This guarantee does not constitute a limit of liability.
The tenant is responsible for the inventory of his accommodation if he has not filed any complaint with the reception office within 24 hours of his arrival.
Reception open in July/August 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. // 1:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays (open at the bar between 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
Traffic and barrier locking
Speed is limited to 10 km/h. Parking is prohibited on roads and access roads. Only one vehicle is allowed per location. Vehicles must be IMPERATIVELY
parked on the plot or in the parking lots allocated upon your arrival. NEVER park your vehicle on your neighbor's site even if it appears unoccupied: campers could arrive at any time. The barriers are locked from 11:00 p.m. in the evening until 7:30 a.m. Likewise, people staying on the campsite must not use their vehicle to go to the bar or other location. The only vehicles authorized to circulate in case of need are those of the campsite or emergency services personnel (fire brigade, ambulances, medical services). Families or campers returning to the campsite after 11:00 p.m. must return to their pitch or rental as discreetly as possible so as not to disturb vacationers' sleep. When a vacationer disturbs or causes nuisance to other residents, their stay may be terminated immediately and without compensation.
Aquatic area regulations
This is strictly reserved for campers and during opening hours: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. It is obligatory to go into the footbath and shower before entering the pool. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat, run, jump, dive or enter the aquatic area with your shoes on. Animals, air mattresses, boats, balls and parasols are strictly prohibited. Before entering the swimming pool, you must read the notice board. IT IS FORBIDDEN to swim with a t-shirt (unless prior agreement is obtained from management). Wearing swimming shorts is strictly prohibited in the swimming pool.
Any failure to follow the instructions will result in immediate expulsion from the aquatic area.
Visitors
Visitors are authorized within the framework of strict compliance with the internal regulations and under the responsibility of the residents who receive them. They must report to the campsite reception upon arrival to pay their fee. Visits are done on foot, with parking available outside the campsite. No vehicle other than that of residents must enter the campsite.
Children
They are placed under the exclusive custody of their parents who are criminally and civilly responsible, particularly when they use the games made available to them.
Animals
They are accepted in campsites and in some rental properties, upon presentation of the vaccination card. They must be tattooed. They must be non-aggressive and must be kept on a leash. The defilements must be removed by their masters. Under no circumstances should they be left alone in cars, caravans, tents, rentals or on a pitch, tied to a tree. Dogs likely to be dangerous (categories 1 and 2) are refused.
Miscellaneous
The use of sound devices must not be heard beyond the perimeter of each location; it is obligatory that everyone respects the right to rest of their neighbors.
The customer undertakes to respect and ensure that the people occupying the pitch respect the internal regulations of the campsite.
Image rights
During your stay on our campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our advertising brochures, unless you notify your opposition in writing to reception upon your arrival.
Mediation
In the event of a dispute and after contacting the establishment's customer service, any campsite customer has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, to the operator. Personal data
Customers' personal data is collected and processed by the campsite. Certain data is essential to manage the reservation of the customer's stay and will also be used to send them information and/or promotional offers.
