If you will be with more people than is indicated in this contract these will be based on actual persons
We will demand a prepayment of Amount_prepayment € (20% for camping and for renting facilities 30%). You can pay the pre-payment by a bank transfer to bank account 1328.94.629, SARL Camping Les Chelles, France Olliergues
(No IBAN: NL80 RABO 0132 8946 29 , BIC: RABONL2U ).
The remainder of the rent must be paid on arrival.
-If canceled within 8 and 4 weeks (or more weeks) before the rental period, 60% of the rent is charged.
-Cancellation within 4 weeks before the rental period, the full rent is due.
-A final reservation is valid until 24 hours after the agreed date of arrival. After the expiry of this period without notice by the lessee, this reservation expires. And the campsite is entitled to search another residence for renting facility . This situation is considered to be a cancellation as described above and the full rent is due.
This provisional reservation will be made definitive when we receive this signed contract and the pre-payment
