SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025
- The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.camping-esperance.fr . They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
- The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
- The customer will comply with the internal rules of the campsite.
- Minors will not be accepted without being accompanied by their parents.
- Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited on the campsite.
- For the comfort of all campsite users, the access of vehicles on site is subject to rules. Upon arrival, an access card will be handed to you, in exchange for a warranty deposit.
- After presentation at the reception, visitors are allowed on site, only between 9am and 10pm.
TERMS OF BOOKING FOR A CAMPING PITCH
- No bookings for stays under 7 nights.
- One family per camping pitch with a maximum of 6 persons.
- Maximum two pets per pitch.
- In July and August, customers should arrive after 3pm and leave before midday.
- A public liability insurance covering the practice of camping is compulsory.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Upon reservation: a down payment of € 100 (not refunded in case of cancellation).
- The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.
- No refunds will be issued for stays shortened by the customer.
TERMS OF BOOKING FOR A RENTAL
- Only one family per rental.
- Tenants are responsible for the rented items.
- They will personally use the accommodation and keep it in a perfect state.
- Maximum two pets per pitch.
- A public liability insurance covering the practice of camping as well as the possible damage to the rental is compulsory.
- Customers should arrive after 4 pm and leave between 8:30 am and 10 am. Out of peak season, these times can be adapted.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Upon reservation: a down payment of 30 % of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival, when collecting the keys. A warranty deposit of
€ 500 will also be asked of you.
- No refunds will be issued for stays shortened by the customer.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation terms for a rental:
- More than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the down payment will not be refunded.
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% off the price of the rent must be paid.
- Between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total price of the rent must be paid.
- From the 2nd day, except if the customer has indicated a delay in arrival, the tenant will be subject to rent and the management reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.
Cancellation terms for a camping pitch:
- More than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the down payment will not be refunded.
- In case of a late arrival of more than 24 hrs, except if the customer has indicated a delay in arrival, the booking will be considered as cancelled and the management reserves the right to re-let the pitch.
Cancellation insurance:
The campsite offers an optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance with your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity will refund all or part of the stay to customers who have taken out the insurance 'Campez Couvert'.
In case of cancellation, please inform the campsite by letter or email, in case of an event preventing you from leaving. If the event is detailed in the general terms (available on the website www.campezcouvert.com or with the campsite), please notify the insurer within 48 hrs. and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
LITIGATION
To resolve any dispute, please first contact customer service at the office. If your concern is not resolved, you have the option to request mediation via Medicys consumer services, provided that you do so within one year of the date you submitted a written copy of your complain to us, with return receipt and signature confirmation. EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL RULES OF THE CAMPSITE
CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
To be eligible to enter, install and stay on a campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or his representative. He must ensure the proper conduct and good order of the campsite, as well as the compliance with the application of these internal rules. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the clauses of these rules and the commitment to comply therewith.
TRAFFIC AND PARKING
On the campsite, vehicles must respect a speed limit of 10 km/h.
Vehicle movement is authorized from 7 am to 10.30 pm.
Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the campsite are allowed.
SECURITY
a) FIRE : open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Camping stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions.
Please notify the management immediately in the event of a fire. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. Charcoal barbecues are authorized on the pitches.
b) THEFT : The management is responsible for objects left at the reception and is under a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own facilities and must report the presence of any suspicious persons to the person in charge.
Campsite users are advised to take all usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
GAMES
No violent or disruptive games may be organized near the installations. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.
PETS
Dogs and other pets must never be left free. They must not be left on the campsite, even when shut in, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for their pets.
Pets must be walked outside the campsite for their needs. A vaccination booklet must be presented upon arrival of the camper.
Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited to access the campsite.

EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL RULES OF THE POOL
1. The access to the pool is exclusively reserved for customers of the campsite and their visitors.
2. Swimming trunks are compulsory, swimming shorts and bermudas are prohibited.
3. It is prohibited to smoke, drink and eat on the pool deck.
4. Radios and inflatable toys are prohibited.
