I) COMMON GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Reserving a pitch is only possible for stays of at least 2 nights. For a shorter stay, you can book by phone or email before your arrival.
2. This document means:
RENTAL: Accommodation, Ready to camp, Bivouac and Premium pitch with individual toilets
PITCH: Comfort Pitch and XL Comfort Pitch
3. Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you by email or post.
4. The validity of the option is 6 days maximum except in July and August when it is reduced to 2 days.
5. It is advisable to subscribe to the proposed cancellation insurance or to the SERENITY option. This is the guarantee of being reimbursed for the sums paid to the campsite in the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay. No reimbursement will be made without subscribing to one of these proposals.
The cost is:
- 5% of the cost of the stay excluding tourist tax with a minimum of €15 for cancellation insurance
- 10% of the cost of the stay excluding tourist tax with a minimum of €15 for the SERENITY option.
The amount is payable in full when booking. It is added to that of the deposit and concerns the people registered for the stay. The conditions are available on request.
6. In the absence of a message (mail, email) from you specifying that the date of the stay had to be postponed, the rental will become available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract. You will therefore lose the benefit of your reservation and full payment for the services remains required.
7. The allocation of pitches or mobile homes will be made in the order of confirmed reservations.
8. The reservation is nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet. The number of people mentioned in the contract must not be exceeded, unless agreed with management.
9. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made by the campsite (cancellation insurance recommended).
10. Minors are only allowed on site accompanied by their parents.
11. Visitors are accepted after agreement with the campsite management by paying a fee and registering at reception. They must park their vehicle outside the campsite. Access to the swimming pool and play areas is prohibited.
12. The swimming pool is not supervised. Only swimsuits are allowed for swimming. Shorts and boxer shorts prohibited.
13. Charging electric vehicles on the campsite outside the location provided for this purpose is prohibited. Loading will only be possible after authorization from management and subject to a financial contribution.
14. Taking out Civil Liability insurance is mandatory. The tenant certifies being insured.
15. Our customers are required upon their arrival to read the internal regulations of the campsite and to respect them. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the campsite without compensation.
II) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR A COMFORT and COMFORT XL PITCH
1. The reserved pitch is available on the first day of reservation at 2 p.m., occupancy will end on the last day at 12 p.m.

3. Dogs (tattooed and vaccinated) are allowed in the campsite (2 maximum per pitch) provided they are kept on a leash and do their business outside the campsite. Vaccination record required to be presented upon arrival.
III) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR FOR RENTAL (Accommodation, Ready to camp, Bivouac and premium pitch with individual bathrooms)
1. Rental requests cannot be less than one week during school holidays unless agreed with management. Each week will begin on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday from 3 p.m. and end on the following Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday before 10 a.m.
2. The balance must be paid 30 days before the scheduled arrival date under penalty of cancellation of the rental contract. No reduction will be granted in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
3.A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon your arrival and returned after checking the inventory and cleanliness, less any damage after your departure. Upon your arrival, you are given 24 hours to report any problem in the rental. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, cleaning is not included in the rental price 80€ will be withheld if it does not comply. Moving equipment, dishes, etc. to another accommodation is not recommended, a deduction from the deposit will be made in the event of a discrepancy.
4. Provide sheets, pillowcases and household linen if the option to purchase disposable sheets has not been chosen.
