The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite. By reserving a pitch and/or accommodation within our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.1 By booking a pitch and/or accommodation on our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTCs.
1 / Services - Rates We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation for rent. Bare pitches: This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or camper van. The price of your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay there, the possibility to install 1 tent, 1 caravan or 1 camping-car and 1 vehicle. Access to the reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities, a connection to the electricity network. Nature package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 camper van or 1 car with a tent or caravan without electricity. Comfort package: Nature package + electricity (10A)Comfort plus package: Nature package + electricity (10A) + water and drainage. Prestige package: Pitch with private sanitary facilities. Hiker package: 1 person / 1 tent Camper van package: except July and August. Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets...) are not included in the packages. ) are not included in the above-mentioned packages and will be added to the latter.
➢ Rental accommodation: Our prices include the rental of the accommodation according to the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas and electricity charges, parking for one vehicle, access to the reception facilities and to the entertainment. A deposit of 200.00 euros for the rental deposit and a deposit of 60.00 euros for the cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within a week by post from your departure. However, we reserve the right to retain part or all of it in the event of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite. We also reserve the right to keep the deposit of 60.00€ for the cleaning costs if it has not been done at the time of departure.
➢ Common provisions: The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT and do not include the tourist tax. Regardless of the type of accommodation (bare pitch or rental accommodation), additional charges will be made for extra vehicles, extra tents, animals in the accommodation, visitors... No brochure or website can be guaranteed to be free from omissions or printing errors. Our prices are subject to change according to economic and commercial conditions. The contractual price, due by you, is the one indicated on your booking confirmation.
2/ Booking conditions: You can make a booking on our website www.campingportdelacombe.com or by telephone on 05.65.63.19.80. All reservation requests must be accompanied by : - payment of a deposit of 30% including the cost of the stay, including the price of the services booked.
- the contribution for cancellation insurance (if taken out). The reservation made is only contractually binding on receipt by you of a written confirmation of reservation, by e-mail, summarising all the information relating to your stay. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the above-mentioned period, the stay is considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply. Any reservation made less than 30 days before the date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you are informed of more favourable conditions. Right of withdrawal: According to article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific time. Maximum capacity: For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the capacity provided for by the type of accommodation (1 to 8 people maximum, depending on the capacity of the accommodation) or pitch booked (6 people maximum), including newborns. If we observe on your arrival that the maximum capacity of the accommodation or pitch reserved is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or pitch reserved, without reimbursement of the price of the stay on our part.
➢ Clientele - Minors: For safety reasons, minors who are not accompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay are not accepted on our campsite, except with authorisation notified by us prior to arrival, by e-mail, on your request.
3 / You can pay for your booking or your stay by the following methods of payment: Bank cheque and French postal cheque (made out to the Port de Lacombe campsite), ANCV holiday vouchers, cash, bank card, bank transfer. However, by way of derogation, reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay must be paid by credit card only.
➢ Passing clientele: For stays on pitches without a reservation (passing), you must, on arrival, pay for the whole stay and inform the management of any extension. If there is a balance to be paid, it must be paid at the latest the day before departure; you must therefore take into account the opening hours of the reception. In case of advance payment and early departure, no refund will be made.
4/ Stay
➢ Handover of keys : The keys will be handed over on arrival and returned on departure. Arrival after 16H00 - Departure before 10H00Your wishes for a specific pitch or accommodation on the campsite can be seen beforehand by telephone when booking or can only be met according to our reception possibilities on arrival. Your accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was when you left; in particular, you must have cleaned it yourself, unless you have requested a cleaning fee of €60.
➢ Late arrival and early departure: In the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on your booking confirmation, the full amount of your stay will be due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not made.
➢ Animals: Dogs and cats, except category 1 and 2 dogs, are allowed in our campsite. We require that dogs are kept on a lead within the campsite. Please respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. The health booklet must be presented on arrival at the campsite. The anti-rabies and a tattoo certificate are compulsory. Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool area or in the children's playground. We ask owners to never leave their pets alone in the campsite (mobile home, caravan or tent) in order to preserve the peace and quiet of all and to leave the area clean after their passage (many paths in the surroundings will be perfect for walks).
➢ Rules and regulations: You must respect the campsite's rules and regulations throughout your stay, a copy of which is displayed at the reception. We are at your disposal to send you a copy by e-mail on request.
➢ Image: During your stay, we may take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for the purposes of entertainment and/or communication in which you and the persons accompanying you may appear. By making a reservation, you are presumed to authorize us to use the photographs and/or videos in which you appear for the above-mentioned purposes. You also guarantee this authorisation by the persons accompanying you. Any specific refusal must be notified to us in writing on your arrival.
➢ Unavailability of certain services: One or more of the services we offer (swimming pool, restaurant, activities, entertainment, etc.) may be temporarily unavailable during all or part of your stay. We cannot be held responsible for this; no refund, whether partial or total, will be made as a result.
➢ Termination of the booking contract in the event of a fault on your part: The booking contract will be terminated in full in the event of any of the following events:- In the event of repeated non-compliance, i.e. once again after a formal notice to comply has been sent to you by e-mail, by you and/or those accompanying you, with our internal regulations. In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch within 2 hours of the cancellation of your contract, which will be notified to you by e-mail. If you do not show up at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay and do not provide us with any proof and/or news of your arrival. We will dispose of your accommodation at the end of the aforementioned 24-hour period. We will keep all the sums that you have paid to us; no reimbursement will be made.
5/ Change of stay You may ask to change the dates and/or conditions (type of accommodation) of your stay at our campsite, provided that your request is received by e-mail at least 21 days before the initial date of arrival. However, you will have to book a new stay at our campsite during the same season as the one in which the initial stay was planned, according to the availability and prices in force. Your initial stay can only be changed once. If you are unable to honour the substitute holiday, it will be considered as cancelled; the sums paid will not be refunded. If the price of the substituted stay is higher than that of the initial stay, you must pay the difference no later than 30 days before the new arrival date. If you fail to do so, the substituted stay is considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply.
6/ Cancellation of stay
➢ Cancellation by you: Any cancellation must be notified to us by e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; it will take effect on the date of its first presentation by the postal services:- If your e-mail/courier is presented more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid for the cancellation insurance will remain the property of the campsite. - If your letter is sent between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the deposit and the booking fee paid at the time of booking, and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance at the time of booking shall be retained by the campsite; the balance of the price of the stay shall be credited towards a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season.
- If you have booked your stay less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, and your cancellation letter is presented 15 days or more before this date, the sums corresponding to the amount of the deposit, the booking fees and the contribution linked to any cancellation insurance taken out, as referred to in article 2 of these GTCs, will be retained by the campsite; the remainder will be the subject of a credit note to be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay, or during the following season. - If your letter is presented less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the total amount paid to the campsite will be retained. In order to obtain compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption insurance when you make your reservation. - As an exception to the above, if your cancellation is due to the fact that you live in an area where a confinement measure prohibiting people living there from moving around to avoid the spread of Covid 19 is in force on the date of the start of your stay, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance shall be retained by the campsite; the surplus will be the subject of a credit note to be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season. This is the case even if your cancellation letter is presented to us less than 15 days before the start of your stay. Cancellation by the campsite: If we have to cancel a reservation that we have confirmed to you, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail; the sums paid will be refunded in full. - Exceptional cancellation In the context of our confined and reimbursed offer, reimbursement is guaranteed in the event that it is impossible to come to the campsite due to collective sanitary restrictions (administrative closure, administrative limitation of travel, national or regional confinement, closed borders) (excluding the amount of cancellation insurance). outside this offer, the general terms and conditions of sale are authoritative.
7 / Any complaint relating to a stay must be made in writing and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days of the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute and if no amicable solution is found within one month of receipt of the aforementioned letter of complaint, you may have free recourse to a consumer ombudsman, provided that you refer the matter to him within one year of sending your letter of complaint. By default, we will propose the use of a consumer ombudsman.
8/ Personal data When you make a reservation or during your stay, some of your personal data may be collected and processed by us. When a reservation is made via our website or the www.leportdelacombe.com website, the methods of processing the data collected prior to or at the same time as the reservation are the subject of the confidentiality policy or the general conditions of sale that you accept before confirming the reservation. The personal data collected during a reservation made by telephone or during your stay are the following - Name and surname of the person making the booking, - Telephone number of the person making the booking, - E-mail address of the person making the booking, - Date of birth of the person making the booking and of accompanying persons This data is collected and processed on the following basis: - Your consent and The need to enable the performance of a booking contract entered into between us.
