CAMPSITE PITCHES
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT-BALANCE PAYMENT
The administration/reservation fee is €15.
Reserving a pitch requires a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay which will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit must be paid within 10 days to validate the reservation.
Payment of the balance of the pitch reservation is made 1 month before your arrival. Any reservation less than one month from your arrival requires immediate and full payment of the stay, within 7 days maximum.
The reservation is only effective after written agreement from the campsite (by validation of the reservation). All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred.
Stay charges must be paid at reception the day before your departure.
OPTION
You have the possibility to choose a specific location, for example number 10 (guaranteed location choice when booking). This option costs €25 or €40 depending on the period of stay (consult prices).
A cancellation insurance option is possible. The conditions are set out below.

SEASON LOCATION
To reserve a pitch for the season (April 1 – October 15), you must pay 50% deposit when booking, the balance of 50% must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.
LOCATION AVAILABILITY
The reserved pitch is available on the day of arrival from 12:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
ACCOMMODATION RENTALS
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT-BALANCE PAYMENT
No accommodation reservation is possible by telephone, email, post, etc. Only online reservations are accepted.
Reserving accommodation requires a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay which will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit must be paid within 10 days to validate the reservation.

BAIL
A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival for accommodation rental (CB imprint or cash) upon check-in. It is returned upon your departure and compensation may be withheld:
- Unpaid services,
- Loss of accommodation keys,
- Deterioration in accommodation or campsite,
- Inventory not meeting the expected conditions

Additional compensation may be charged when the amount of damage is greater than the amount of the deposit.
OPTION

ACCOMMODATION AVAILABILITY
The booked accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE OPTION
When booking through our Secureholiday website/reservation platform, you have the option of taking out a cancellation insurance option offered by the Gritchen company.
The cancellation insurance option must be paid at the same time as the first deposit when booking.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Dogs (category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed) and cats are allowed provided they are clean and kept on a leash at all times. Their droppings must be removed by their owner. Their acceptance is subject to a fee. Valid rabies vaccination and tattoo certificates will be requested upon arrival.
All campers must be insured, the campsite accepts no liability in the event of theft, fire or other disaster.
VAT: The price of the reservation is that decided on the day the quote is established, taking into account the VAT in force; any change in legal rate will be reflected in the price to pay.
In the event of a dispute and after contacting the professional's customer service, any customer has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAC, to this professional.
