BOOKING TERMS
• RESERVATION OF A LOCATION AND A RENTAL - To register the reservation, the tenant must imperatively return the reservation request with a payment of 25% of the total amount of the rental + cancellation and interruption insurance (optional). - The reservation becomes effective only after payment of a deposit and sending of a confirmation letter signed by the campsite manager. BOOKING CONDITIONS - Our prices include: Rental, space for a vehicle (additional vehicle to be paid), gas, water and electricity. A pet (dog except category 1 and 2, and cat max 10kg) is accepted in the rentals (solo, duo and classic) for a supplement (5€/day), if the basic hygiene rules are respected. It must not be left alone or near the rental and be kept on a leash, tattooed, vaccinated. The vaccination record is mandatory. - Upon receipt of the completed booking request form and the deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you in return, accompanied by a duplicate of the booking request making contract, and only subject to availability of rental or location. - The balance of the rental of an accommodation must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. Less than 30 days before arrival, only credit card payments will be accepted. Any stay not paid on this date will be considered cancelled. Once paid, you will then receive the invoice paid. Holiday vouchers are accepted (application fee 35€). - Rates are all taxes included at VAT 10%, except the tourist tax (in 2025, € 0.66 per person from 18 years) MODIFICATIONS: Any modification of the original contract (duration, identity, number of occupants...) will result in its cancellation. In the event of an inaccurate declaration, this contract will be automatically terminated and the amounts paid will remain acquired at the campsite. It is forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to an outlet of a site or accommodation. MOBILE HOME RENTAL: Minimum rental 2 nights in low season and weekly in July and August, arrival 4 pm and departure 10 am. A deposit of 400 € will be required by credit card to guarantee the condition of the equipment and cleaning. The entry inventory is made by the client and the deposit is released within 15 days of the client's departure, after our teams have completed the exit inventory (after the client's departure). It is recalled that tents and Canadian are not allowed on the plots of rentals. Remember to bring your sheets, fitted sheet and pillowcases. PITCH RENTAL: Rates per night from 2pm to 11am (except in July and August from Sunday to Sunday minimum 7 nights) .Any parcel not released at 11am will automatically charge for an additional night. Maximum 6 people per pitch. A deposit will be requested by credit card, to guarantee the payment of the balance of the stay and the delivery of the bracelet. Remember to bring an extension cord and a European plug (sale on site). • VEHICLE Only one vehicle per pitch. Additional vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking lot of the campsite. It is forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to a location or accommodation outlet. • VISITOR Admitted after agreement of the reception. The visitor must leave the campsite before 9 pm. He has the right to use the sanitary facilities and playgrounds (except swimming pool) and must pay the visitor fee of 3 €. His vehicle will be parked outside the campsite. • CLEANING The cleaning of the rental is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the whole must be returned in perfect condition of cleanliness. Otherwise, a sum of 80€ to 110€ (depending on the length of stay) for cleaning will be requested. In case of dirt or stains, an amount of € 15 per cover or pad will be requested. • DELAY-CANCELLATION: After a period of 48 hours from the expected day and time of arrival, without news from the tenant, the mobile home will be rehoused, the amounts paid being kept as compensation. Early departure or late arrival will not be refunded. The booking fee will remain permanently acquired. CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY. - Cancellation and interruption insurance is optional and recommended. It is calculated on the amount of the rental (4% of the stay and minimum 25 €) It allows the refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation and modification of stay for a guaranteed reason according to the general conditions . It also allows the reimbursement of the expenses of stays paid and not used in case of early departure. The amount is payable only at the time of booking. It is in addition to the deposit and applies to registered persons. It is up to the policyholder of the insurance to read the GTC available on the campsite. - In case of cancellation of the customer less than 30 days before his arrival, or interruption of the stay, or delayed arrival and whatever the cause (illness, accident or unforeseen event), the customer will be required to pay the full balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted. In case of cancellation more than 30 days, the deposit paid will be kept by the campsite. - In case of cancellation due to the campsite, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. Such cancellation shall not give rise to payment of damages • CAMPING RESPONSIBILITY: It is not engaged in case of theft, loss or damage of any kind (vehicle or other) during, or following a stay, as well as in case of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment. For your personal warranty (theft, damage) or damage caused by you in rentals, it is essential to ask your insurer a resort extension to your multi-risk home. Children must be supervised by their parents. • SWIMMING POOL Access reserved for people wearing underwear strictly reserved for the bath. Shorts and underpants prohibited. Wearing the bracelet mandatory. Access to swimming pool forbidden to visitors. Zen pool accessible to +18 years only. RIGHT TO THE IMAGE: You expressly and without compensation of any kind from the campsite to use on any medium photographs of you or your children that could be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite. You have the right to access, rectify or delete information about yourself that you can exercise on request at the campsite. BRACELET: The wearing of the camping bracelet (put on your arrival) is MANDATORY permanently until the end of your stay. It gives access to entertainment, swimming pools and helps to strengthen security in the establishment. (return the day of departure) CHOICE OF LOCATION: The «Choice of location» option allows you to permanently block one or more specific location(s) (supplement of 35€). Without subscribing to this option, the specific wishes reported are not subject to any guarantee of obtaining from us. If the wish could not be satisfied, no claim will be admissible. RULES OF PROCEDURE: The rules of procedure can be provided on request and are displayed at the reception. In case of non-compliance with the internal rules and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract and expel the responsible on the spot and without refund. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call the police. • TRAFFIC ON THE CAMPSITE: The speed is limited to 10 km/h. The gates are closed between 11pm and 7am, all traffic is prohibited during this period.
