GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY
ARRIVALS - DEPARTURES: Stays are usually for a renewable week. Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 7pm. On the day of departure, the gîtes must be vacated by 10am. Campervans arrive at 6 p.m. and leave at 10 a.m.
ACCOMMODATION: Towels are not provided for rental accommodation. A deposit of 300€ for the accommodation (non-cashable) will be requested on arrival and returned on departure provided that the accommodation is left clean and that the equipment is complete and in good condition. Deposits can be left in various forms (cheque or cash). An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on the day of departure. On arrival, customers will be asked to carry out an inventory of fixtures themselves, and to report any defects to the management on the same day. Cleaning service available at extra cost.
MAINTENANCE - HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT: During your stay, you are responsible for the upkeep of your accommodation. Any damage or additional cleaning will be billed separately.
PETS: Pets are accepted under certain conditions: they are the sole responsibility of their owner and must be kept on a lead. Vaccination certificates must be up to date and in your possession during your stay.
INSURANCE: We would draw your attention to the fact that it may be useful for you to take out personal accident insurance, which will cover you for accidents in which the Camping Village Vacances is not liable.
PAYMENT OF STAY COSTS: Registration at the Domaine du Lac becomes effective on receipt of the duly signed registration form and a first deposit corresponding to the amount of the booking fees and 30% of the stay costs. A second deposit of 30% will be paid 90 days before the start of the holiday without any reminder from us. The balance will be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday without a reminder from us. Any booking made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday will give rise to payment of the total amount of the holiday and the booking fee.
CANCELLATIONS: By the customer: - More than 30 days before the start of the holiday: The Domaine du Lac retains the amount of the 1st deposit. - Between 60 and 30 days before the start of the holiday: Le Domaine du Lac retains the amount of the first 2 deposits. - Less than 30 days before the start of your stay : Le Domaine du Lac retains the total amount of the stay. No refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures or absences during your stay. To mitigate these risks, you can take out cancellation and interruption insurance, which is highly recommended (we offer cancellation insurance for 3% of the cost of the holiday, please contact us). On the part of the Domaine du Lac: In the event of an event beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday. The latter may request a full refund of the sums paid, without being able to claim damages. MISCELLANEOUS: Under no circumstances can Le Domaine du Lac be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal items inside the establishment. The car parks provided are not guarded and the Camping village de vacances declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage.
ACCEPTANCE: Registration for one of our holidays implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
TAX : Tourist tax is payable on site.
