GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Camping with 72 pitches, area of 7 hectares
1 – How to Book?
You must complete the booking contract and return it with the deposit (30% for rentals + €20 booking fee) (€65 for pitches + €20 booking fee) + cancellation insurance (optional but recommended). The booking is personal, and the contract holder cannot sublet or transfer the reservation without the management's consent.
2 – How to Pay for Your Stay?
Upon receiving your reservation, we will send you a booking confirmation detailing the balance due for your stay, minus the deposit paid. The balance must be paid as follows: for pitches, on arrival; for rentals, 30 days before your arrival date.
Accepted payment methods: bank checks (not on-site), vacation checks, postal orders, cash, and credit cards.
3 – Early Departure / Late Arrival
In case of early departure or late arrival, the stay dates indicated in the booking confirmation will be charged. After 24 hours without news from you, the management reserves the right to reassign the rental or pitch.
4 – Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, you must notify the campsite by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Cancellation incurs the following fees:
More than 30 days before the stay starts: the deposit is retained.
Less than 30 days before the stay starts: 100% of the stay amount is retained.
Booking fees and cancellation insurance are non-refundable. These fees are fixed and cannot be reduced. Interrupted, shortened stays or unused services for any reason will not be refunded.

6 – Rentals
Rentals are available for at least two nights in the low season and at least 7, 10, or 11 nights in the high season. Arrivals: 4 PM to 7 PM. Departures: between 9:30 AM and 12 PM (low season) and 8:30 AM to 10 AM (high season). The maximum number of guests must not exceed the rental's capacity (4, 5, or 6 people).
Rental prices include: furnished accommodation, water, gas, electricity, accommodation for the specified number of guests, and parking for one vehicle. Prices exclude: booking fees, disposable sheet purchases, linens, and cleaning, which are your responsibility.
Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of €280 for inventory and €90 for cleaning is required via credit card (checks are no longer accepted). Deposits are fully canceled after your departure, following inspection of inventory, cleanliness, and condition.
For early departures (before 8:30 AM in high season or 9:30 AM in low season), we will inspect the rental ourselves. Any damages, losses, or unclean conditions will be deducted from the deposit.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rentals.
7 – General Information
The FFCC internal rules are displayed at the entrance and are available upon request at reception. Guests must comply.
Vehicles: Only one vehicle per pitch is allowed inside the campsite; additional vehicles must remain in the external parking area.
Visitors: Day visitors must present ID at reception and pay the applicable visitor fee.
Pool: Pool access is free and strictly for campsite guests. For hygiene and safety, swim shorts or bermudas are prohibited. Swimsuits or swim trunks are mandatory. In low season, only the small covered pool is open (April 9 to November 30). The large pool is open only in July and August.
Barbecues: Charcoal barbecues are prohibited for safety reasons; electric barbecues are available for rent.
Pets: Pets are allowed except for category 1 and 2 dogs. Only one pet is permitted per rental and must not be left alone. Pets must be leashed, insured, and walked outside the campsite (not around the lake or within the premises). Owners must clean up after their pets.
The campsite reserves the right to use photos where you may appear for its future publications.
Mediator:
In case of a dispute and after contacting the establishment's customer service, any client can contact a consumer mediator within one year of the written complaint (by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt). Contact details for the mediator:
