Booking terms and conditions
1. Bookings :
The booking is confirmed by: sending the reservation request duly completed and signed, together with the deposit check for 25% of total price of the stay, plus administrative fees or online booking and receipt of the agreement from the camping the Grand Cerf's management confirming the booking. Once the reservation is accepted, the customer acknowledges that he has full knowledge of the booking conditions contained on the website, and / or on the booking form, and having accepted the terms. The booking is personal and not transferable, unless express agreement of the Camping Grand Cerf's management.
2. Payments :
For bookings made more than thirty days before arrival:
- A deposit equal to 25% of the total price of the stay, plus administrative fees, is collected at the booking;
- The balance of the holiday stay is payable no later than 30 days before your date of arrival. In case of the balance is not settled within the timeframe specified, it is considered void and our cancellation policies described below apply.
For bookings made less than thirty days prior to arrival, the full price of stay, increased fee is charged at the booking.
3. Payment methods accepted :
Payment can be made :
- bank wire transfer (IBAN: FR76 1390 6001 2985 0372 6205 196 / BIC: AGRFRPP839/ CREDIT AGRICOLE SUD RHONE ALPES - HAUTERIVES - FRANCE),
- postal order payable to “Camping le Grand Cerf”
- secure payment via our website “www.campingdrome.fr”.
4. Cancellations :
Cancellations by the customer must be made by registered letter to the following address: “Camping le Grand Cerf - Le Clos Bedier - 26530 LE GRAND SERRE – FRANCE”
Cancellation will result in the perception of the cancellation charges :
• more than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit amount retained by the campsite
• Less than 30 days before your arrival, the total price of the rental, booking fees and insurance fees are kept.
To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out insurance cancellation or curtailment of stay when booking.
In all cases, the processing administrative fee will not be refunded.
5. Modifications :
The contract is non transferable. In any case, the number of tenants must not exceed the capacity of home rentals listed on the contract. In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates specified on your voucher, the total price will be due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the portion of the stay was not done.
6. Stays :
For the rentals (cottages, mobile homes and caravans) :
- Arrivals are from 3pm to 7pm. In case of delay for the arrival, the tenant is asked to advise reception at the campsite 00 33 (0)4 75 68 86 14.
- Departures are from 7.30am to 10am by appointment.
Sheets, pillowcases and linens are not provided.
All our accommodations (cottages, mobile homes, bungalows and caravans) are non-smoking.
An inventory sheet will be issued upon arrival, report any discrepancies on the same day. No late claims will be taken into account.
For the pitches :
- Arrivals are from 2pm.
- Departures are before noon. All pitch occupied and/or not clean after noon on the day of departure will be charged for an extra day.
Your absence, after 48 hours of your initial scheduled arrival, the management reserves the right to freely dispose of or lease of the pitch. We keep costs under our cancellation policy.
7. Deposit:
For the rentals (cottages, mobile homes, and caravans), a deposit of 200€ will be required on your arrival, which will be refunded at the latest within one week by mail after your departure. (150€ for the guarantee and 50€ for cleaning deposit)
The campsite reserves the right to keep part or the total price in case of damage to housing and its contents and / or equipment on the campsite.
The campsite also reserves the right to retain the amount of 50€ to offset the costs of cleaning if it has not been made on departure.
8. Animals :
Pets on the campsite and the accommodation are accepted, upon approval by the campsite, all animals and vaccinated against rabies (the vaccination records will be asked upon arrival). They must be kept on a leash and will never be left alone. Access to the pool and shower block is strictly prohibited. Owners must pick up dirt from their animals. Otherwise it may result in disqualification of the camping without any refund of the remaining stay. Dogs over 20kg and dogs (1st class and 2nd class) are forbidden on the campsite.
9. Visitors :
Guests must be presented at the reception upon arrival and they must pay the visitor fee.
10. Barbecues :
The use of electric fryer or not and barbecues are prohibited inside the rentals.
11. Pool :
The pool is free and exclusively for the customers.
12. Activities :
Any activity on the campsite may be amended or revoked in some circumstances. As such, our responsibility can not be held.
The contract involves respect for the campsite rules posted at the reception and to comply with the provisions and regulations.
13. Disclaimer :
Le Grand Cerf's campsite is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft, fire, bad weather or other incident incurred on the campsite.
14. Claim :
Any complaint must be made in writing and sent by registered letter to the following address: “Camping le Grand Cerf - Le Clos Bedier - 26530 LE GRAND SERRE – FRANCE”, within 20 days after your stay. In case of dispute, only the court of Romans sur Isère will be competent.
