Article 1 - Sales Terms and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.camping-locouarn.com. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Camping pitches booking requests: Pitches booking requests are nominative and non-transferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the € 20 deposit and the administration fees. The balance of the stay is due on or before the end of the stay.
Rented accommodations (Mobil-home and Caban-etap) booking requests: Rented accommodations booking requests are nominative and non-transferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the 25% deposit and the administration fees. The balance of the stay is due on or before the date of arrival mentioned on the reservation contract.
Should you have any delay on the day of arrival and don't warn the establishment, the accommodation will be available the day after the arrival date mentioned on the lease. After this time limit and without written message, the reservation will be void and the entire stay will remain to the campsite management.
2.2 Changing your booking request
For rentals and Caban-Rando, no reduction will be made in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
For pitches, the price will be adjusted to the stay consumed without being able to be lower than the deposit paid.
In the event of a request to modify the dates or type of accommodation of the stay, the price of the stay will be recalculated under the conditions in force for the new period or accommodation requested. The discounts granted on the initial stay will not necessarily be renewed.
2.3 Cancellations
Cancellation is possible until the day before the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. In the event of cancellation, the campsite will offer a credit equivalent to the deposit and the administrative costs valid for 18 months and usable during the opening periods of the campsite. If the credit note is not used within 18 months or if the customer refuses to have it, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the credit has expired or after the customer refuses to have it. In the event of reimbursement of the deposit, the administrative costs remain with the campsite.
Article 3 - During your stay
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in mobile homes, caban-Rando and in any enclosed space on the campsite
3.1 Arrivals and departures
For rental and Caban-Rando, arrivals are from 4 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m.
At the pitch, arrivals are from 2 p.m., departures are before noon.
These times can be flexible after agreement with the campsite management.
3.2 Guarantee
For rental and caban-Rando, a deposit of 300 euros for equipment (This deposit is not a limitation of liability) and 50 euros for cleanliness (350 euros in total) will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during checkout opening hours, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
Deposits can be collected by check (provide 2 checks) which will not be cashed except for damage or accommodation made dirty; by credit card, the amount of which will be reserved but not debited except for damage or accommodation made dirty or in cash.
3.3 Departures
In rental or Caban-Rando, any key return after 10 a.m. will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure date and is subject to availability.
In the pitch, any departure after noon entails the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date and is subject to availability.
3.4 Animals
Animals are not allowed inside Caban-Rando. They are however allowed on the Caban-Rando pitch.
3.5 Policies and procedures
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment.
Article 5 - Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Quimper.
Article 6 - Personal data
The information you provide on this form is registered in the database created by Locouarn campsite – Management of customer data.
This information is stored for 5 years following your holiday and is for the campsite's use only.

Article 7 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, the latter will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility to refer free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the professional belongs, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of the complaint. written to the professional.
