1 PRICING
Our rental rates are applicable as soon as they become available and are subject to change without notice.
The contractual cost is firm and fixed by the booking contract.
2 RENTALS AND SERVICES
Each booking is nominative and non-transferable.
Its amount is determined according to the type of rental and the number of persons occupying it.
Any additional person accepted by management must pay the additional fee.
Only one vehicle in its specified location shall be accepted.
a) The reception desk is open from 10:00 to 12:00 am and from 3:30 to 7:30 pm. Apart from these hours, only in emergency cases
will be received.
b) Rentals are provided with sufficient equipment to ensure the comfort of the customer. Also, all other appliances such
barbecues, washing machine, deep fryer, oven etc… are prohibited.
c) No rental is equipped with sheets or pillowcases. The tenant, for reasons of hygiene, must guard against them.
d) Fires are prohibited at all locations. Only gas and electric barbecues are permitted.
e) The cleaning of the rental is the responsibility of the client. In case of default or insufficiency of the latter, the deposit household
will be kept by the campsite.
3 BOOKING
For rentals and pitches, the booking request is effective only after receipt of the dated booking contract,
signed and accompanied by:
the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay if the reservation is made more than 30 days before the date of arrival at the campsite,
the full amount of the stay if the booking takes place 30 days before the date of arrival at the campsite.
Our commitment is final upon the acceptance of your booking and the return of the contract signed by us. The management of the booking file is invoiced in addition according to the agreed terms.
4 PAYMENT
For rental properties:
Payment of the balance of the stay must reach us no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. Your commitment becomes definitive from the 30th day before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may be considered a cancellation of your fact (see paragraph 8)
For the pitches:
The balance of the stay is payable on the day of arrival at the campsite.
5 TOURIST TAX
The amount of the tourist tax is fixed each year by the local authorities and regional at the beginning of the season, and applies
for anyone over 18 years of age. The amount is indicated in the price tables of our site
www.oasisdesgarriges.com.
6 SURETY
Two bail cheques (not cashed) will be required for rentals:
1 check of 200 € for the guarantee of the furniture and the rental,
1 check of 50 € for the cleanliness of the places.
They will be returned to you at the time of your departure, if there are no problems.
7 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Rentals are available from 3:30 pm and must be vacated before 12:00.
The pitches are available from 3:30 pm and must be vacated before 12:00.
The inventory before departure must be done after the release of the rental. If it could not be for any reason, the surety will be mailed within 15 days after the proper condition of the premises and equipment has been determined by us.
8 DELAYED DELAYS AND DEPARTURES.
No refund will be possible in case of late arrival or early departure.
9 WITHDRAWAL CANCELLATION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to open-air hotel accommodation (Article L.121 21 8 of the Consumer Code).
Cancellation of the stay must be confirmed by post. For any cancellation it will be retained: the costs of file, the premiums of insurance possibly subscribed and, as compensation of rupture of the contract:
1) a sum equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay if the cancellation takes place at more than 30 days from the day of arrival.
2) a sum equal to the entire stay if the cancellation takes place at less than 30 days before arriving date.
3) a sum equal to the total cost of the stay if the rental is not provided.
The campsite Oasis des Garrigues offers a Cancellation and Interruption of stay insurance, optional, the Campez insurance
Covered, to subscribe with our partner Gritchen Affinity which undertakes to refund all or part of the stay.
In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your discontinuance upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email.
If the loss is foreseen in the general conditions (available at www.campez couvert.com or at the campsite), notify
the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
10 INSURANCE
Your Third Party Liability Insurance covers your risks for vacation rentals. You must provide us with an attestation of
your insurance that is issued free of charge by your insurer.
11 CONDITION OF ADMISSION
The rules of procedure of the campsite are posted and established according to the ministerial decree of 17/02/2014. It requires the camping to
ensure the safety and tranquility of the customers. They also have the duty to submit to it in its entirety. This is the same for the pool rules.
Every person who has to stay at the campsite must be able to prove their identity and complete the police formalities
necessary.
Minors not accompanied by officials (group cases) or not authorized by a parental certificate will be
repressed.
For the visitors:
With the authorization of the management for the access to the campsite, the visitors will have to pay the fee provided for in the tariff. Their
vehicle is not allowed to park in the campsite.
12 PET ANIMALS
Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not allowed. For any other animal, the possible acceptance of the stewardship must obligatorily
be obtained in advance.
13 RESOLUTORY CLAUSE
In case of non-compliance with the regulations or in case of persistent disorder and after two unsuccessful oral notices, management is authorized to terminate the contract and expel the persons concerned, without any reimbursement being possible
