RENTAL TERMS of Le Village de la Champagne
Locations : Roulottes de Campagne and unusual accommodation
1. Bookings
Booking is made upon confirmation of the company, upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the order. You will receive a confirmation email which will include practical information about your stay. The balance of your rental must be paid 4 weeks before your stay.
Any bookings made less than 1 month before the stay must be paid in full when booking.
Attention: booking option may be exercised in the event of late payment of the stay, the option period is set at 15 days.
The company reserves the right to refuse bookings for one night during school holidays and holiday weekends or limit the number when they are requested more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. Deposit
A deposit of 550 € in cash, checks, foreign currency or by credit card will be made on the day of arrival at Le Village de la Champagne. This deposit will be returned by mail within 15 days after the departure of the tenant if no damage is found after the inventory of fixtures.
3. Payment

Transfer from abroad: the costs of all banking operations are the responsibility of the principal to be specified in your bank during transfer.

4. Capabilities
The number of people per accomadation mentioned in our rates is the maximum occupancy permitted in view of the available equipment (5 people Caravan, 2 persons in Square Stars and Pod). It can not be exceeded for reasons of safety and assurance.
5. Stay
You can pick up your accommodation between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival and leave before 11:00 on the day of departure.
WEEK 7 nights and 7 days - arrival between 16:00 and 20:00 - Departure before 11:00 am
MID WEEK (short week) means 16h00 Monday to Friday 11:00, 4 nights and 4 days.
The VSD WEEKEND (Friday Saturday Sunday) means 16h00 Friday to 11:00 on Monday, or 3 nights and 3 days.
The WEEKEND means 16h00 Friday to Sunday 11:00, 2 nights and 2 days
or Saturday 16:00 to 11:00 Monday.
The NIGHT means arriving at 16:00 the following morning from 11:00
Compliance with arrival and departure times ensures proper maintenance of the leased premises.
6. Cancellation
Notified by yourself BEFORE arrival
If you are forced to cancel your booking immediately send a written notification to the Village of Champagne.
For any canceled room:
- More than 4 weeks prior to arrival we will retain 15% of the total amount of your booking
- Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival we will retain 40% of the total amount of your booking
- Between 2 weeks and 8 days prior to arrival we will retain 60% of the total amount of your booking
- For any stay canceled within 7 days prior to arrival we will retain 100% of the total amount of your booking
These fees can be refunded if the accommodation has been rented during the period.
If the tenant does not respond within 24 hours of arrival, the contract becomes void and the total rental amount will be retained by the Village of Champagne. In this case, the Champagne Village authorizes the right to rent accommodation.
Notified by yourself ONSITE
If the stay is shortened for any reason whatsoever, the total price of the lease remains with the Village of Champagne. There will be no refund.
7. Rates
Our prices include all taxes (excluding any tax). Only the prices quoted in the prices tab of our website are authentic.
Our rates include the rental of accommodation and equipment, utilities (water, electricity, heating), bed linen (beds made on arrival), toilet linen and access to activities Free entertainment on the site.
Our prices do not include personal expenses (breakfast, picnic lunch box, various supplements, rentals, mobile circuits ...), access to paying activities, the security deposit and local tax.
8. Pets
Pets are allowed in our accommodation (with a supplement) the following conditions:
- The tenant will have to pay an extra 20 € per animal regardless of length of stay
- The tenant shall in no case use the material of accommodation (bed, couch, dishes) for its animal
- The tenant will have to come with all accessories required for the life of his animal
- Only one pet is allowed per accommodation (except in exceptional cases, please contact us)
- The tenant is responsible for the nuisance caused by their pet and take full responsibility: noise, droppings
- It is strongly recommended to leave the dog (if he does not bark) on the terrace of your accommodation
- If other tenants (neighborhood) complain about the nuisance caused by the animal, the tenant must take steps to stop it
- The animal's vaccination record must be current (to be presented at the reception)
9. Personal Effects and accommodation facilities
It is recommended not to leave valuables in accommodation. Village Champagne disclaims any liability for theft.
The tenant agrees to report any equipment lost, broken, stolen or damaged and must repay.
10. Claims and litigation
In order not to be held responsible for any shortcomings in the inventory of your accommodation, we ask you to report any missing or damaged within 12 hours of your arrival.
Any claim for a stay must be sent by registered letter within 30 days of stay at the following address:

This contract is governed by French law. All disputes arising from this contract could give rise concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, their consequences and their consequences will be submitted to the competent courts in common law conditions.
