Reservation conditions for a pitch or hire on the campsite Le Clos Auroy
1) Reservation.
Your reservation will only be confirmed when the management of the camp-site receives your deposit. The reservation will remain valid for 24 hours after your given time of arrival, after this time your right to reservation will lapse. Only reservations made with deposits are accepted.
2) Deposit.
Send a postcheque of 25% of the amount in the name of camp-site ” Le Clos Auroy ” And include this cheque with your reservation-form. Any deposit made goes towards the cost of your stay less reservation fee. Pay by internationaal banking; IBAN; Fr 76 1018 8068 0148 1396 7000 131 en BIC; BCHAFR21. (attention of the time this takes) Or by creditcard.
3) Cancellation guarantee.
Le Clos Auroy campsite offers you the possibility of taking out Cancellation and Interruption insurance when making the reservation. Our partner Neat undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on the site https ://declare .neat . eu /campings -indépendants or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents. It is strongly recommended to subscribe to a cancellation guarantee at the time of booking, or with your insurance company.
4) Cancellation without insurance.
all the (payements) deposit will not be returned by the campsite in case of a cancellation.
5) (PITCH) Arrival – Departure.
Your reserved pitch is freely accessible from 14 o'clock and has to be cleared before 11 o'clock on the day of departure.
(HIRE) Arrival – Departure.
Your reserved pitch is freely accessible from 16 o'clock and has to be cleared before 10 o'clock on the day of departure.
6) Payment.
The whole amount of your stay minus your deposit is due to be paid upon your arrival.
7) Electricity.
It is forbidden to recharge your electric car at the campsite. Various reception points are available nearby.
8) Guests and supplements must be declared defore and paid at the reception.
9) Everyone must comply with the internal rules of the campsite. The rules of procedure are displayed at reception. Entering or leaving the campsite is prohibited for vehicles from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
10) Invoice.
The balance of the stay is to be paid on arrival or in the case of a hire unit 1 month before. Be careful that once the invoice is done nothing can change afterwards.
11) Any item forgotten on site will be sent to you at your request against a minimum sum of € 20.
12) Possible payments on site are: by credit card and cash.
13) Disputes.
In the event of any problems between the two parties, only the court of Clermont Ferrand is authorized to rule.
14) If you take an option over a given period, it remains valid for 5 (working) days until receipt of your deposit. Beyond that, the option is no longer guaranteed.
