General terms and conditions of sale Flower Campings
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation at our campsite.
By reserving a pitch and/or accommodation at our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
1/ Services - Rates
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation.
➢Bare pitch
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The price of your stay is calculated on the basis of a package which necessarily includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay there, the possibility to pitch 1 tent with
1 vehicle, OR 1 caravan with an additional vehicle OR 1 camper; and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities and, depending on the package chosen, a connection to the electricity network, or other options.

You must select one of the following packages:
Comfort Package: Package with water + electricity Privilege package: Comfort package + riverside pitch
Additional costs (extra people, extra vehicles, pets, etc.) are not included in the above packages and will be added to them.

➢Rental accommodation
Our prices include the rental of the accommodation according to the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water and electricity charges (excluding battery recharging for electric or hybrid vehicles), access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
A security deposit of 400€ will be required on arrival by cheque or credit card imprint without debit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, at the latest within a week of your departure. However, we reserve the right to retain part or all of this amount in the event of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.
We also reserve the right to deduct the sum of 70€ for cleaning expenses if this has not been done on departure.
➢Dispositions communes

Prices shown are in €TTC and do not include tourist tax.

Whichever option you choose (bare pitch or rental accommodation), additional charges will apply for extra people, extra vehicles, extra tents, animals, visitors...
Our prices are subject to change according to economic and commercial conditions. The contractual price, payable by you, is that shown on your booking confirmation.
Flower Campings applies dynamic pricing. As a result, prices may rise or fall.
Partner benefits and promotions cannot be applied to confirmed bookings, whether already paid in full or in part, and are in no way retroactive.
This means that customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the higher price will under no circumstances be entitled to a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price.



2/ Booking conditions


➢Reservation methods
Reservations can be made via our website www.campingdesiscles.com, www.flowercampings.com or by telephone.
All booking requests must be accompanied by:
-payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, including taxes, including the price of the services booked and, if applicable, tourist tax,
-payment, if applicable, of the cancellation insurance premium.
Reservations are not binding until you receive written confirmation of your booking by e-mail, summarizing all the information concerning your stay.
The balance of the price of the stay, including the price of the services booked and, if applicable,
the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the aforementioned period, the stay is considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.

All bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you are informed of more favorable conditions.
➢No right of withdrawal
According to article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
➢Maximum capacity
For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the capacity of the type of accommodation or pitch reserved (1 to 12 maximum, depending on the capacity of the accommodation or pitch), including newborn babies. If we observe on your arrival that the

maximum capacity of the accommodation or pitch reserved has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or pitch reserved, without refund of the price of the stay on our part.

➢Clientele - Minors
For safety reasons, minors unaccompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay are not accepted on our campsite, unless authorization is notified by us prior to arrival, by e-mail, at your request.

3/ Payment methods


➢Accepted payment methods
You can pay for your reservation or stay in euros using the following payment methods:
Cash, bank cheque, ANCV vacation voucher, ANCV CONNECT, FLOA BANK, credit card, bank transfer, payline.
However, by derogation, reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of your stay must be paid for by credit card remotely or via our reservation system.

➢Transient guests
If you are staying on a pitch without a reservation (passing through), you must pay for at least the first night on arrival. You are also responsible for informing reception of the desired or extended length of stay. The balance must be paid the day before departure at the latest, taking into account reception opening hours. No refund will be made for early departure.


4/ Stay


➢Collection of keys
For accommodation, keys will be handed over from 4:00 pm onwards, during reception opening hours and depending on how busy the day is. Departure must be no later than 10:00 a.m., and after an inventory of fixtures in the order of the slots reserved.
For bare pitches, arrivals may take place from 2pm onwards, during reception opening hours and depending on the number of visitors on the day. Departure must be no later than 10:00 am.
Your wishes for a specific pitch or accommodation on the campsite can only be fulfilled depending on our capacity on your arrival.

Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness and/or the general condition of the accommodation must be notified in writing no later than 24 hours after arrival, so that we can remedy the situation.
No complaint will be accepted more than 24 hours after the day of arrival.


Your accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you left; in particular, you must have cleaned it yourself. Should you fail to do so, the campsite reserves the right to deduct the cost of cleaning from your security deposit in accordance with article 1 of these terms and conditions.


➢Late arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on your booking confirmation, the total amount of your stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not taken.

➢Pets
Dogs and cats - except category 1 attack dogs and category 2 guard and defense dogs, as defined by law no. 99-5 of January 6, 1999 - are allowed on our campsite. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the campsite premises. Please respect the campsite's hygiene and environment. Each animal's health record, including any passport showing proof of vaccinations, particularly rabies, must be presented on arrival at the campsite. You must also be able to show us the animal's tattoo or microchip certificate, as well as a copy of the third-party insurance certificate. No pets of the NAC type are allowed on our premises.

➢Internal regulations
For the duration of your stay, you must comply with the campsite rules and regulations, a copy of which is posted at reception. We will be happy to send you a copy by e-mail on request.
➢Image
We may, during your stay, take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for the purposes of entertainment and/or communication, on any media, on which you and the persons accompanying you are likely to appear. By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to
authorize us to use, for a period of 5 years, the photos and/or videos in which you appear for the aforementioned purposes. You also guarantee that this authorization will be given by the persons accompanying you. Any specific refusal must be notified to us in writing on a durable medium.

➢Unavailability of some kind of services
The services and facilities we offer (swimming pool, restaurant, activities, entertainment, etc.) may not be available all year round, particularly for climatic reasons or in cases of force majeure, or may not operate at all seasons of the year. They may therefore be temporarily unavailable during all or part of your stay.
The campsite will do its best to inform you of any work or improvements undertaken during your stay.

➢Rescission of the reservation contract in the event of fault on your part
The reservation contract will be automatically terminated in the event of any of the following events:
-In the event of repeated non-compliance, i.e. once again observed after a formal notice to comply notified by e-mail, by you and/or your companions with our house rules.
In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch within 3 hours of the termination of your contract, which will be notified to you by e-mail. No refund will be made,
-If you fail to arrive at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your
the beginning of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival.
We will dispose of your accommodation at the end of the aforementioned 24-hour period if we have been unable to contact you using the contact details provided when you booked your stay.
If necessary, we will retain all sums paid by you; no refund will be made.


5/ Change of stay


You may request to change the dates and/or type of accommodation of your stay at our campsite, provided that your request is received by e-mail at least 21 days before the original date of arrival.
However, you will have to book a new stay at our campsite during the same season as the one in which the initial stay was scheduled, subject to availability and current rates. Your initial stay may not be changed more than once. If you are unable to honour the stay substituted for the initial stay, it will be considered as cancelled; the sums paid will not be reimbursed.
If the price of the substituted stay is higher than that of the initial stay, you must pay the difference no later than 30 days before the new arrival date. If you fail to do so, the substituted stay will be considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply. If the price of
the substituted stay is lower than the price of the initial stay, we will retain the price difference, as compensation for the loss resulting from the modified stay.

6/ Cancellation of stay
➢Cancellation by you
All cancellations must be notified to us by any written means on a durable medium (by e-mail, registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.).
If your e-mail/courier is presented more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance remain the property of the campsite.

-If your letter is presented less than 30 days before your arrival date, all sums paid to the campsite are retained.

In order to obtain compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance at the time of booking.
Notwithstanding the above,
-If your cancellation is due to the fact that you live in an area where a confinement measure prohibiting people living there from moving around to avoid the spread of Covid 19 is in force on
the date your stay begins, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance remain the property of the campsite; the remainder will be credited towards a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay, or during the following season. This applies even if your letter of cancellation is presented to us less than 15 days before the start of your stay;
-If your cancellation is the result of force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable, irresistible (insurmountable) and external event (beyond your control), all sums paid will be refunded.
➢Cancellation by the campsite
If we are obliged to cancel a booking we have confirmed, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible; any sums paid will be refunded in full within 10 days of notification of cancellation at the latest.


7/ Complaints - Disputes


Any complaint relating to a stay must be made in writing, and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of the end of the stay.
In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable solution is found within one month of receipt of the above-mentioned letter of complaint, you may have free recourse to a consumer ombudsman, provided you refer the matter to him within one year of sending your letter of complaint.

8/ Personal data


Some of your personal data may be collected and processed by us when you make a reservation or during your stay.

When a reservation is made via our website or via www.flowercampings.com, the terms and conditions for processing the data collected prior to or at the same time as the reservation are set out in the privacy policy or general terms and conditions of sale that you accept before confirming your reservation.
The personal data collected when a reservation is made by telephone or during your stay are as follows:
-Name and surname of the person who made the reservation,
-Telephone number of the person who made the reservation, E-mail address of the person making the reservation
-Date of birth of the person making the reservation and of accompanying persons This data is collected and processed on the following basis:
-Your consent,
-The need to enable the performance of a booking contract entered into between us. No one other than us and Flower (Société par Actions Simplifiée with capital of €92,500, registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under no. 492 355 508, with its registered office at Les
Espaces de Balma 4-5, 16 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 31130 BALMA) has access to the data collected. The data collected is processed for the following purposes:
-The execution of a reservation contract concluded between us;
-To manage any complaints you may have;
-Maintaining our customer database;
-To carry out commercial prospecting by us and/or Flower;
-To manage our accounts.


The data collected is kept for the entire period required to execute the booking contract, and will be kept for 5 years after the end of the stay, except in the event of a dispute that has not been settled by the end of this period, in which case the data will be kept until the end of the dispute.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, we hereby inform you that
each individual has the following rights with regard to his or her data: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right of opposition, right to limitation of processing, right to portability. Individuals may also define directives concerning the retention, deletion and communication of their personal data after their death.
Each individual may, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, object to the processing of data concerning him or her.

Any person who is the victim of a breach of one of the aforementioned rights may lodge a complaint with the
