GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE IN EFFECT,
The descriptions are on the price document, the rental inventory is communicated to you in detail, upon payment of the balance of your stay, or before, if you request it. Contact us beforehand if you have any particular concerns (cot, reduced mobility, etc.).
PAYMENT: We accept holiday vouchers, checks, bank cards (on site or on our website) and cash.
To validate a reservation, a deposit of 30% is requested, with payment within 8 days of the date of the option.
For summer periods, rentals must be paid in full, at least ONE MONTH before the date of arrival. A deposit of 160 € will be requested on arrival, for rentals. For camping, the balance is paid on arrival at the site.
Late arrival - Early departure (during the summer): Pitches: in the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on your reservation, any unused day will be charged. No refunds will be made. If we have a request for unused days, we reserve the right to re-rent.
Early arrival – Late departure: A plus value of 5€ per hour will be charged.
Reminder: Arrival after 4 p.m. in rental / 2 p.m. in pitch.
Departure before 10 a.m. for rental / 12 p.m. for pitches.
CANCELLATION: Any reservation not paid in accordance with the conditions of sale, will be canceled and fees will be retained. - If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the planned stay: the booking fees will be retained, the deposit will be refunded. - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the planned stay: the costs and the deposit will be retained. - If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the planned stay: the full cost of your stay will be retained. Reservation fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation for reasons within our control, you will obtain a refund of all sums paid, for the missing days, over your reservation period.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS: By staying on our site, you accept the provisions of the internal regulations and you agree to comply with them, in particular with regard to noise.
Swimming shorts are not accepted at the pool.
INSURANCE: It is your responsibility to take out insurance for your equipment, in particular guaranteeing your civil liability.
