Article 1 - Field of application of general terms and conditions of sale :
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made by the Camping Le Fun. They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges that they have been made aware of these terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and anyone participating in the stay.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment:
-Reservation of mobile home :
If the reservation is made 30 days before your arrival, a deposit of 25% of the price of the stay must be paid and the balance will be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the stay start date, full payment must to be paid.
-Reservation of pitch :
A payment of 25% of your stay must be paid to confirm your reservation, the balance wil be paid at least the day of your arrival.
For camping pitches and rentals reservations : All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and booking fees.
For any unreported delay, the rental/pitch becomes available 24 hours after the expected arrival date (12h the next day). After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be null and all sums paid will notbe refund.
2.2 Modification of reservation:
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation of stay :
Any unpaid reservation in accordance with the general booking conditions will be canceled.
- Reservation of mobile home :
In the event of a formal cancellation made more than 15 days before the start date of the stay, only the 20% deposit will be retained by the campsite. The sums paid, deducted from the amount of the deposit will be refund.
In the event of a formal cancellation made less than 15 days before the start date of the stay,
the 20% deposit will be kept by the campsite. A voucher for the sums paid, deducted from the amount of the deposit will be issued by the campsite. Non-refundable voucher limited to two years.
Reservation for pitch:
The 25% of payment is totally retained by the campsite.
Booking fees and insurance costs (if the customer has taken out an insurance) are never refundable.
2.4 Cancellation insurance:
We recommend you to take out cancellation and interruption insurance. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Campez Couvert insurance (see conditions on the website)
2.5 Pricing: The prices shown are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to change the rates at any time. The rate applicable to the stay is the rate in effect on the day of reservation and this subject to availability.
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures:
- For pitches: Arrival from 1:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Departures between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
- For rentals: Arrivals from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Departures between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
3.2 Caution:
-For rentals only, a deposit of 260 € per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival.
It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, after verification of the mobile home by our cleaning team.
The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state.
Any damage or broken object must be reimbursed by the customer.
-For pitch : a caution of 10 € will be requested for the pass allowing the opening of the barriers.
3.3 Departure:
Any return of the key or release of the pitch shall entails the invoicing of an additional night.
Any extension of the stay must be made before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals:
Animals are accepted 1 per mobile home except for tent lodge (non accepted) and 2 per pitch.
You must declare your animal at your arrival and there will be an additional cost per night to pay.
They must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone on the location or on the pitch. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
Up to date vaccinated document required.
3.5 Others:
For pitches, the number of people per pitch is limited to 6, children included.
For rentals, no additional installation (tent for example ..) is accepted on the site of the rental.
3.6 Internal regulations:
Anyone who has booked a stay, as well as visitors, is required to respect the internal rules. As the law requires, you must adhere to our internal regulations, deposited at the prefecture, displayed at our reception, available on the website and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Responsability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the camper-caravaner's equipment
which is of it's own actions; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Narbonne Commercial Court.
Article 6 - Mediation of consumer disputes
The customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by FUN CAMPING free of charge. The mediator thus proposed is CM2C. This mediation system can be reached by:
