CONDITIONS FOR HIRE
1. Any rental site (camping, mobile home, bungalow, caravan) is personal, and can in no case be transferred. Subletting is prohibited in our institution. The direction of CAMPING SUN reserves the right to refuse a booking without having to justify the reason.
2 - The location will become effective only after our agreement, and receipt of payment including the deposit indicated on your contract (camping: € 90, €10 with a reservation.)
Mobile home, caravan or bungalow: 30% of the total booking more € 15.00). These fees are still charged to the tenant.
3 - You can book a place, they are assigned in order of registration locations. For any changes in dates, we can not guarantee the same location.
4 - In the absence of a written message from the tenant, warning that a change of the date of arrival (the camping site, mobile home, caravan or bungalow) will become available 12 hours after the date mentioned in the the lease.
5 - ARRIVAL
LOCATION: It is from Saturday to Saturday 15h after 10 am, for departure. For the off-season (before June 30 and after August 25) the locations may be for 2 nights minimum and if possible with the same arrival and departure.
6 - DEPOSIT
MOBILE HOME, BUNGALOW CARAVAN and a deposit of € 150.00 for installation will be paid by the tenant, the day of his arrival. This will be refunded after an inventory, 8 days after your departure, after deduction of expenses if needed repair or replacement of play equipment missing or damaged.
A sum of € 65 will be accepted if the mobile home, caravan or bungalow was not properly cleaned before departure.
7 - PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF STAY
CAMPING: The total amount is payable the day of departure.
MOBILE HOME, or BUNGALOW CARAVAN: the balance of stay is payable 30 days before the date of the stay the deposit will be retained by the campsite. Less than 30 days before the date, 100% of your stay will be retained by the campsite.
8. RULES: any tenant is obliged to comply strictly with the rules of procedure SUN CAMPING, which is displayed at the entrance to the camp, which anyone can obtain a copy of the receipt on request. It is for the tenant to ensure adequate for the duration of his stay. The management of the campsite any liability in case of theft or fire. Weather or in cases of various incidents, directly under the responsibility of the tenant.
9-The animals are allowed in the rentals to the condition of being very clean and take every precaution not to deteriorate.
