LIVING TAX:
The amount of the visitor's tax is 0.55 euros / day / person over 18 years. It shall apply from 01/04 to 30/09. It is not included in the price of stays

SALE CONDITION:
Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all the sales of stays realized on the site www.campingvannes.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions before any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person taking part in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes before the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They may also be obtained on written request addressed to the head office of the institution.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and regulations
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For reservations camping site: Any rental is nominative and can not be sold. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and booking fees.

For any unreported delay, the rental / location becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned on the booking contract. After this deadline, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be null and the deposit will remain with the management of the campsite.
2.2 Change of reservation
No reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any unresolved reservation in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be canceled.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions concerning the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not have any right of retractation.
2.5 Cancellation guarantee 2021.
Cancellation guarantee rates: 3 euros / night
We advise you to take out a cancellation guarantee. It must imperatively be taken out simultaneously with the reservation of the stay. It allows you to obtain reimbursement of sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions:
By subscribing to the Cancellation Guarantee, you are guaranteed:
- Reimbursement of the sums paid, except for administrative fees and Cancellation Guarantee.
- Reimbursement in proportion to the time remaining in the rental period, excluding administration fees, cancellation guarantee and cleaning fees, if you have to leave the accommodation before the scheduled departure date.
The guarantee applies if the impediment concerns the customer, his spouse, the persons designated on the rental contract, his ascendants or descendants or those of his spouse, and is caused by one of the following causes:
- Death, illness not known at the time of booking the stay or an accident occurring after this booking;
- A death which may occur to the client's brothers, sisters, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.
- An administrative, judicial, military or jury summons.
- An impediment justified by a dismissal, a transfer of the client or his spouse or by the bankruptcy of the company of which the client is the manager.
Coverage, in the event of illness or accident, must, in order to be effective, be justified by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the date of arrival.
To benefit from the cancellation guarantee, you must notify the campsite manager in writing of the reason for the cancellation, 24 hours before the date of arrival
You have 5 days, from the date of cancellation, to send us by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt the supporting document (medical, death or employer certificate).
If the cancellation guarantee is not taken out and in the event of cancellation of the stay before arrival, interruption of the stay or postponed arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted.
Article 3 - Conduct of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Rental: arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are before 10 am, any day of the week.
Camping: arrivals are from 12 noon, departures before noon, any day of the week.
3.2 Security
A deposit of 560 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded to you after your departure, during the opening hours of the caisse, after an inventory. The billing of possible degradations will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Check-out
Any return of keys after 10am or release of the place after 12h will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are not allowed inside Privilege rentals.
3.5 Rules of procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, filed at the prefecture, posted at our reception, an extract of which is given in the appendix and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for the damages suffered by the equipment of the camper-caravanner which would be of its own fact; An insurance policy for your liability insurance is mandatory.
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any litigation relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance or the Commercial Court of VANNES.
EXCERPT FROM THE RULES OF PROCEDURE
1. Admission: The authorization is issued by the head of the reception office after presentation of the documents of his identity and his place of residence.
2. Visitors: They must first make themselves known at the reception office. They are accepted under the responsibility of the tenant, are charged a fee according to the tariff in force.
3. Animals: They must have their vaccination booklet up to date, do not disturb by untimely barking, not be alone, without leash and do not leave their need in the campsite.
4. Traffic and parking: Only declared vehicles are allowed to drive in accordance with the 10 km / h speed limit; Each tenant is obliged to respect the parking space allocated to his renting, to inform us of the presence of any additional vehicle paying the corresponding supplement and not to park in the parking lot without authorization of the management.
5. Rental number: The assignment of your rental is the strict authority of the management of the campsite.
6. Hygiene and safety: Each tenant is requested to use the garbage containers placed at his / her disposal and not to dump litter on its site.
7. Games: No violent play will be allowed within the campsite.
8. Outdoor swimming pools: open from May to September, swimsuit compulsory, shorts and bermudas are prohibited.
9. Barbecues: only barbecues with coal or gas
10. Silence: It must be total from 23h00 to 7h00. Please avoid any nuisance from night or day.
11. Outdoors: No tent, awning or other can be installed without permission.
12. Children: They must be accompanied by an adult on the premises of all the collective installations (swimming pools, games, trampoline, sanitary block ...). Unaccompanied minors are not admitted.

14. For early departure, the management retains the right to re-let the site.

Deposits of 500 € and 60 € (by credit card number) will be requested upon arrival. These are guarantees in the event of damage to the equipment or if the household must be remade after your departure.
The Lessee declares that he has taken cognizance and accepts without reservation the contractual commitments, the conditions of rentals and extracts of the internal regulations. For this rental to be definitively registered, the Tenant will have to return to the Lessor the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay + administration fees + cancellation guarantee (optional). The tenant agrees to pay the balance of his stay 30 days before his planned arrival at the Camping. Failing this, the campsite reserves the right to consider the reservation canceled. In the event of cancellation, the deposits paid will remain vested to the Lessor; In the case of early departure at the end of the stay: no refund will be made, the Tenant having the option of taking out cancellation insurance with an organization of his choice. The tenant is also obliged to cover his civil liability by an insurance contract.
In case of dispute, only the court of Vannes will be competent.
