1) A space in the car park is reserved with long-term charging, ask at reception for connection, price 12€/12 hours.
It is forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to the terminals of the spaces as well as in the rentals, the installations of these are not made for it, risk of fires.
2) Rentals are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am.
An inventory will be made upon your arrival, in the event of problems or breakage in your rental, please report it to reception within 24 hours of your arrival.
3) Reservations are only effective after receipt of your deposit, increased by the administration fees. A confirmation will be sent to you from us. For good management of our schedule, it is very difficult for us to assign an accommodation number at the time of booking, except in special cases.
4) Cancellation: For any cancellation communicated 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposits are refunded at 80%. After this period, the deposits are no longer refunded and the balance of the stay must be paid. Attached is the document allowing you to insure yourself with the NEAT company or possibly contact your own Insurance.
5) We reserve the right to offer any rental after a delay of 24 hours not reported.
6) Internal regulations: DOMESTIC ANIMALS remain under the responsibility of their owner. For the well-being of all, animals are accepted under the condition of being vaccinated, presentation of the vaccination record at reception. They will be kept on a leash and walked outside the campsite for their natural needs and picked up. They must not under any circumstances be left alone in the rental. Access to the swimming pool is strictly prohibited for them. ATTENTION! in some rentals pets are not accepted. Category 1 dogs are strictly prohibited in the campsite.
Swimming pool: not supervised, children remain under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
Bermuda shorts are prohibited. Only swimming trunks are accepted. OPEN FROM 9 AM to 8 PM.
7) Entertainment: The schedule is posted at the beginning of the week, but can be modified. Children participating in the activities remain under the responsibility of their parents, this is not a daycare, the activities internal to the campsite are completely free, a registration of the children at the reception is sufficient.
8) One evening per week and a campsite meal are offered to you during the JULY / AUGUST school holidays, they end at midnight.
To respect the tranquility of everyone, our customers are asked to no longer make noise after 11 p.m.
9) Shared barbecues are available to you in the campsite only with charcoal and cleaned after use.
10) Payment of stays: Deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

A confirmation receipt will be returned to you.
THE BALANCE of your stay is to be paid 30 days before your arrival by transfer. Bank checks are no longer accepted.
Visitor 3€ per 1/2 day registration required at reception upon arrival. The Campsite Swimming Pool is completely forbidden to them.
1 vehicle is allowed on your pitch free of charge, the 2nd is at 3€/day.
A car park is available at the entrance to the Campsite free of charge.
The tourist tax will be requested upon arrival for people over 18 years old.
A deposit of 250€ + 65€ cleaning for mobile homes.
For the Bahia luxury, Modulo Vip, and O'HARA Famille mobile homes, a deposit of €300 + €65 cleaning (dishwasher, TV, and individual barbecue, etc.) ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED IN THESE RENTALS.
A deposit of €150 for the comfort pitches + the COP'CAMPETOILES.
The deposit will be returned to you upon your departure. After checking your rental. It is important that the tenant keeps a copy of the documents. Thank you for your understanding.

11) DISPUTES: All disputes to which the purchase and sale transactions concluded in application of these general conditions of sale could give rise, concerning their validity, their interpretation, their execution, their termination, their consequences and their results and which could not have been resolved between the Service Provider and the Customer will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law. The Customer is informed that he may in any event, in the event of a dispute, resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
