GENERAL CONDITIONS
1 - SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website campingleverdoyant.fr and its partners. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of the internal regulations.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
2 – BOOKING CONDITIONS
Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.
The balance of the stay is to be paid at the reception on the day of arrival.
Should you have any delay on the day of arrival and don't warn the establishment, the accommodation will be available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the lease. After this time limit and without written message, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will remain acquired for the establishment.
Withdrawals
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Code de la consommation).
3 - MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
Changing your booking request
•The customer can request the modification of his stay at Le Verdoyant campsite (dates, type of accommodation) upon written request to the campsite (letter or e-mail) depending on availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season except in cases of force majeure. In the absence of modification, the client must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation conditions below.
•Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the rates in force.
•Any request to decrease the duration of your stay is considered to be a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation terms below.
•Any stay interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) of your fact will not give rise to a refund.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of your reservation (pitch or rental), only written confirmation (letter or email) will be notified to Camping Le Verdoyant.
Your deposit will not be refunded will be kept by Le Verdoyant.
Cancellations due to force majeure
In the event of cancellation of your stay due to force majeure, Camping Le Verdoyant will apply the legal provisions in force.
This cancellation cannot however give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation insurance
We advise that you arrange travel insurance for your period of hire that will cover you in the event that you need to cancel your holiday.
Camping Le Verdoyant is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of cancellation of your holiday.
4 - DURING YOUR STAY
Arrivals, departures and Guarantee
For pitches : arrivals from 12 a.m. and departures before 12 a.m.
For rentals : the day of your arrival at Camping Le Verdoyant, you will be welcomed from 4 p.m.
Before handing over the keys to your rental, you must pay the balance of your stay and a deposit of € 300.
The day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. You must make an appointment at the reception to fix the inventory time (between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.).
The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, in case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package with a minimum value of € 70 incl.
The inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary.
For any delayed departure, you may be billed for an additional day at the price of the night in force.
Various
¤ Rentals : only sheets, pillowcases are not provided. For hygiene reasons, it is essential to provide a flat sheet or duvet cover.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rentals.
¤ Access : Car traffic is prohibited from 10:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.
¤ Swimming pool : Swimming shorts are prohibited
5 - ANIMALS
Animals are accepted at Le Verdoyant campsite (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) for a fee payable when you book. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date. Animals are prohibited around the swimming pool and in the toilets.
6 - PICTURE
You authorize Camping Le Verdoyant, as well as any person that Camping Le Verdoyant would like to replace, photograph you, record yourself or film yourself during your stay at Camping Le Verdoyant and use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media graphic, optical, digital and / or electronic (in particular on Camping Le Verdoyant websites or pages - including Facebook, on Camping Le Verdoyant presentation and promotion materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of Camping Le Verdoyant and will in no way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
7 - DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM
The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered by Le Verdoyant campsite to be confidential. They will be used only by the internal services of the campsite, for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of the campsite according to your centers of interests.
In accordance with the data protection act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request by mail, indicating your name, first name and address.
8 - LIABILITY
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
5 - APPLICABLE LAW
As part of a dispute with Camping Le Verdoyant, you can contact us, first, by email and then by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the manager of Camping Le Verdoyant.

These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Commerce de Périgueux.
