GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1)Booking conditions :
Reservations are only valid with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and either the duly completed and signed reservation contract or the acceptance of the general rental conditions in the case of online reservations.
The reservation of a pitch or rented accommodation is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the prior consent of the campsite.
Minors not accompanied by a direct legal guardian (father, mother or grandparents) will be refused entry
The management reserves the right to change the pitch number indicated on the booking form at any time for management, safety or health reasons, or to cancel the booking.
2)Deposit and payment :
A deposit is required for all bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the holiday.
•Booking a pitch: €150 + €20 booking fee for all stays in July and August; balance due 30 days before arrival.
•Booking a rental: 30% of the stay + €20 booking fee; balance due 30 days before arrival.
•Booking a weekend out of season: 50% of the stay + €20 booking fee; balance due 30 days before arrival.
Options not confirmed by payment of deposit within 7 days will be cancelled.
3)Means of payment :
Payment can be made by credit card, holiday vouchers in A.R., bank cheque made out to the campsite (not accepted less than 4 weeks before arrival), bank transfer.
4)Modifications :
In principle, no changes can be made during the month preceding the start of the stay. Outside this period, requested changes will be accepted subject to availability.
5)Arrival and departure times :
•For the rented accommodations: the rental runs from Saturday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 10 a.m.
•For the camping pitches: the rental runs every day from 12 p.m. on arrival to 12 p.m. on departure.
If you are not arrived within 24 hours of the beginning of the period for which the reservation was made (unless you inform us in writing of any delay), we reserve the right to re-let the pitch or the accommodation. Late arrival or early departure will be charged for the whole period for which the accommodation or the pitch was reserved..
6)Deposit :
For rental accommodation, a deposit of 400€ (600€ for accommodation with private spa) (including 80€ for cleaning the accommodation) is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure (or 1 week later in the case of departure outside reception opening hours) if the accommodation is returned without damage and in a perfectly clean condition inside and in the immediate vicinity.
For pitches, a €30 deposit is required to borrow the campsite access card.
7)Cancellation :
We stongly recommend the cancellation insurance.
All bookings for which the balance is not paid in accordance with the general terms of sale shall be cancelled. The registration fees shall not in any case refunded.
In all cases of cancellation, the following shall either be kept or owed:
•The booking fees.
•An amount equal to 50% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel more than a month before your planned date of arrival.
•The total amount of your stay if you cancel less than a month before your planned date of arrival or if you do not arrive on this date.
In the event of a cancellation on the part of campsite Kost-ar-Moor, except in the case of “force majeure”, the customer will be refunded all the sums paid.
8)Number of occupants :
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with more people than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
9)Animals :
Only domestics animals kept on a lead and vaccinated are accepted on the site with a daily or weekly charge. You will have to provide their vaccination documents on arrival. Access to the sanitaries is forbidden to any animal. 1st and 2nd categories dogs are not allowed on the campsite.
Under no circumstances may they be left alone in cars, mobile homes, chalets, caravans or tents on the pitch ect..
Pets are not allowed in our premium, glamping and appartement ranges.
10)Cars :
One car is included in the price of the pitch or rental. If you have an extra car, you will have to pay a supplement and the car will have to be parked on the pitch so as not to overload the campsite car park. If you do not wish to pay this supplement, you can park your car in the public car park 400m from the campsite..
11)Electric cars :
It is strictly forbidden to charge an electric or hybrid car from your accommodation. A charging point is available at the campsite entrance.
12)Barbecues :
Only charcoal, wood or gas barbecues are allowed.
Electric barbecues are not allowed.
13)Image reproduction :
You authorize the campsite to use, free of charge and for an indefinite period, all videos and photographs of you and all the other participants in your holiday, which may be taken during your stay, for the campsite's promotional purposes (brochures, website, inserts...).
14)Insurance :
It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance. The campsite declines its responsibility in the event of theft, fire, poor weather conditions and incidents which involve the costumer's civil liability. In addition, the management of the campsite declines all responsibility for any damage to the camper caravan equipment for which the camper is responsible.
15)Litigation :
The Tribunal d'Instance de Quimper is able to solve any ligitation.
