RENTAL & RESERVATION CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the www.campinglepont.fr website. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request.
--------------- RESERVATION ---------------
The reservation only becomes effective after our agreement (confirmation by mail or email) and after receipt of a payment including:
For mobile homes and lodge tents, deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay + €16 administration fee;
For pitches deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay.
For any unreported delay, the rental/site becomes available 3 hours after the date and time fixed on the reservation contract. After this period, the reservation will be void and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
The reservation is personal, the person who booked must be present during the stay.
--------------- RENTAL PERIOD ---------------
For mobile homes and lodge tents:
Per week arrival from Saturday, from 3 p.m. to Saturday, departure before 10 a.m.
In low and mid season, arrivals and departures can take place any day of the week.
For pitches:
The day of arrival and departure is free, the pitch will be available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated before 10 a.m. otherwise an additional day will be charged.
--------------- CANCELATION -----------------
The sums paid are not refunded if the contract is not honored.
Any reservation not settled in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled.
For any cancellation received 45 days before the rental date, the deposit will be refunded excluding the booking fees. After this period, the deposit is no longer refundable.
--------------- PAYMENT ---------------
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included.
The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price, it remains the responsibility of the tenant at the current rate of the municipality.
--------------- DEPOSIT ---------------
A deposit of €300 per mobile home or lodge tent will be requested on the day of your arrival (by check or cash) and will be returned to you on the day of your departure during reception opening hours, after the state places. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by post.
Any missing or damaged equipment will result in a deduction from the deposit according to our rates.
The sum of €50 will be deducted from the deposit in the event that the mobile home or lodge tent has not been cleaned on the day of departure.
--------------- ANIMALS ---------------
Animals are admitted under conditions of being up to date with their vaccines. They must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone on the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their masters, who are legally responsible for them.
--------------- RULES OF PROCEDURE ---------------
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure displayed at our reception and a copy of which can be given to you on request.
