1- The booking is strictly personal and cannot be transfered to any other person.
2- Every camper is to comply with the regulation of the campsite. It is up to the camper to insure himself as the direction
declines all liability for theft, fire, weather conditions and accidents covered by thes campers's third part insurance.
3- If the lodger number is over the number of the booking condition, the proprietor can refuse the extra person, or break
off the booking or to make an additional charge on the bill.
4- The reservation of your pitch will only be definitive with our consent and on receipt an international postal order to CAMPING LE MATIN CALME.
5- The booking fees are not an insurance for cancellation. You must take yourself a special insurance.
6- In cases of delayed arrival or early departure, you will be fully charged for the period booked. If the booked place is
not occupied by the client 24 hours after date booked, or if a late arrival is not notified, the Direction may occupy the
booked place and the deposit retained. In the event of cancellation, the following amount will be withheld or charged :
the administration costs 30% of the total amount of the rental agreement if the cancellation is made more than 30 days
before the agreed date of arrival, the entire amount of the rental agreement if the cancellation is made les than 30 days
before the agreed arrival date, or in the event that there is no arrival on that date.
7- On the day of departure your pitch is to be cleared before 11.30 a.m. After 11.30 a.m you will pay an extra night.
Concerning accomodations they must be cleared before 10h am, after 10h you will pay an extra night.
8- By signing this booking form, you accept the booking conditions.
