BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Booking is accepted when we receive your full completed booking form and once your deposit has been received:
-30% of the total price if you reserve a chalet, mobile home, caravan or gypsy caravan.
-100€ if you reserve a pitch.
+ 16€50 booking fees (non-refundable)
and with confirmation by Camping-Caravanning.
The copy of the agreement will be returned to you.
Arrival :
Reception is open from 9 to 12.30am and from 3.30 to 8pm (on HS) and from 9 to 12 and from 4 to 7 pm (on BS). Your accommodation will be available from 3.30pm. Guests must arrive before 8pm.
Should your arrival be delayed, please inform Camping Caravanning.
Pitches are available from 12am and guests must arrive before 8pm
Full payment must be made on arrival.
No refund will be given for delayed arrival or early departure.
When a booking is made, full payment is requested.
Balance of payment for chalet, mobile home, caravan, and gypsy caravan stays.
Full payment must be made one month before arrival. No reminder letter will be sent to you.
You can pay by instalments on request.
Pets :
Small pets are accepted –one per accommodation or pitch –
Sorry, no dangerous dog breeds such as pitbull, rotweiller…
Dogs must be on a leash. Proofs of vaccination must be provided on arrival.
We may refuse dogs if conditions are not met.
Deposit:
On arrival, you will be asked a deposit of 370€ for a chalet, mobile home, gîte, caravan, or gypsy caravan.
This deposit will be returned after we have checked the condition of appliances and cleanliness of the accommodation.
Swimming pool:
Sorry, no boxer shorts.No SPA for chidren.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation should be made by registered mail. Only the delivery date will be taken into account to calculate the cancellation fees.
-If we receive your written cancellation between 60 and 30 days before your holiday start date, 30% of the total amount is due.
-If we receive your cancellation less than 30 days before your holiday start date, 100% of the total amount is due.
