GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL
1-Rental of chalet, mobile home or camping space is nominative and cannot be given to another person.
2-The rental will be effective after our agreement and down payment representing a third of the total price for the stay.
3-If you experience any delay concerning arrival time, please notily us as soon as possible. In case of “ no show “ your reservation will be cancelled 12 hours after normal time of arrival.
4-CAMPING
Rental of chalet, mobile home: arrival time: after 15 h00 de parture time: before 10h00.
Rentals ar per week/ saturday to saturday/ July and August.
5-Guarantee deposit for chalet, mobile home: 200,00 € deposit will be paid upon arrival.
Deposit will'be paid back 8 days after departure, deduction made of the eventual cost for cleaning or replacing missing items. The sum of 45,00€ will eventually, be withheld in case of chalet and mobile home hasn't been properly cleaned before departure.
6-Prices for chalet, mobile home: prices include all costs, hot showers, electrical power, gas and parking.
.a- chalets and mobile homes are completely equipped: kitchen ustensils, refrigerator,cooking plaques, micro wave, pillows and bankets, garden furniture.
.b- for mobile homes an extra 30,00 € per person and week will be charged' if more them 4 people.
7-Payment of your stay: the total amount for your stay is payable:
.a- for chalet/mobile home: 30 days prior to arrival.
.b- for camping space upon arrival.
8-CANCELLATION
Cancellations should be send by registered letter.A certain sum shall be withheld:
- cancellation between 60 and 30 days before panned date: 30% of the rent.
- cancellation less than 30 days panned date: 100 % of the rent.
You can cver cancellation risk by becoming a member of the F.F.C.C.(Fédération Française de Camping Caravaning).
Cancellation insurance is valid 1 year (subscription form attached) price of the card: 33,50 €
9-ANIMALS
Animals are accepted in the camping (2,50 € per day) and should be held on leach.
Vaccination cerd is mandatory. Only 1 admitted per rental.
10-HOUSE RULES
All guest must comply with the hous rules of the “ Camping Les Châtaigniers “ that are posted in the sanitary block. The renter must have civil reponsibility insurnce for the duration of the stay. The management cannot be held responsible in case of theft,fire, bad weather or for any incident ossuring that would be of the renters responsibility.
