TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A CAMPING PITCH
This rental request involves acceptance of the campsite's in-house rules and regulations as well as the terms and conditions listed below:
- Each form is valid for one pitch only.
- The pitch is available from 12pm and must absolutely be free at 11am on the day of departure.
- Any time spent beyond these hours will lead to having to pay an additional night, after being agreed by the Management.
- A pitch shall include either a caravan and a car or a tent canvas and a car.
- Any additional installation will lead to an increase in the rate to be paid.
- No minor unaccompanied by his parents will be accepted.
- The booking request must be fully completed, signed by you, and be provided along with a deposit of 30% for stays of over 2 nights and 100% for stays of 1 or 2 nights; by bank cheque, postal order, bank transfer or credit card.
- The balance of the stay shall be paid on the day of your arrival for stays of over 2 nights.
- In case of a cancellation before the planned date of arrival, the amounts paid will be kept by the Management as well as the registration fees of 10 EUR.
- The pitches rented are for 24 hours. Beyond this deadline, unless information is provided in writing, they will no longer be retained and the payments made shall be kept.
- The Lessee must be insured for civil liability. The ''La Croix du Bois Sacker'' campsite shall not in any case be responsible for the loss of personal objects, for wounds or damage that may arise with respect to holidaymakers.
- Pets must be tattooed and have a vaccination card. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Those of first category are absolutely forbidden. Pets shall not in any case be left alone on their pitch. The masters shall be responsible for civil liability.
- Each holidaymaker shall be obliged to refrain from making noise or from driving a motor vehicle between 10pm and 7am.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A MOBILE HOME OR CHALET
Each mobile home will be perfectly equipped for the purpose of rental.
Our mobile homes and chalets provide comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 5 people.
* The booking for a mobile home or a chalet shall go into effect only after a written confirmation and payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay have been made, plus an additional 10 EUR for registration fees.
* On receipt, you will be sent a rental confirmation. The balance, i.e. 70% of the price, must be paid no later than 30 days before the stay begins. Otherwise, the booking will be considered as having been cancelled by the customer.
You may unfortunately be prevented, for serious reasons, to leave as planned.
We will be obliged to keep the following, as cancellation fees:
* More than 2 months before the stay begins, 10% of the amount of the invoice.
* More than 1 month before the stay begins, 20% of the amount of the invoice.
* Less than 1 month before the stay begins, 100% of the amount of the invoice.
The booking fees shall be kept.
Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt).
The cancellation fees of your booking can be covered by your personal insurance.
Bookings are made by way of: ''Booking Contract''.
Your rental will be available from 3pm on the Saturday of your arrival and you are invited to leave the accommodation before 10am on the Saturday of your departure.
When the customer does not arrive on the planned date and does not forewarn the campsite, the rental will automatically be made available to the campsite from the next day at 12pm and shall lead to no reimbursement of the amount paid. In case of an early departure, the rental will automatically be made available to the campsite at the time of the customer's departure and shall not lead to any refund of the amount paid.
A detailed inventory is made of the equipment of the rental.
Any degradation of the accommodation or its fittings shall lead to its being brought back into proper condition, at the Lessee's cost. Any failing must be paid by the latter. To ensure said measures, a deposit of 250 EUR is required on the day of your arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and a deposit of 80 EUR for the cleaning, with a possible deduction made to bring the accommodation into proper condition. This deposit does not constitute a limit with respect to responsibility. Cleaning of the rental shall be borne by the Lessee. At the end of the stay, the rental must be returned perfectly clean both inside and in the immediate vicinity of the rental. If this is not the case, a set amount of 80 EUR will be kept for cleaning purposes.
Each Lessee or occupant shall be obliged to comply with the in-house rules and regulations, particularly that of refraining from making any noise or from driving a motor vehicle between 10pm and 7am.
Pets are not admitted inside the rented accommodation.
Each customer must be insured for civil liability.
You can take out insurance with your insurer that covers the consequences of cancellation or when interrupting your stay.
