General sales conditions
1. All bookings imply acceptance of the rules of the campsite.
2. All rentals are in the name of a given person and cannot be transferred to another person. The pitches are attributed in the order of the bookings.
3. The campsite can only accept reservations of at least 7 days in July and August.
4. The booking will only be taken into consideration after reception of the signed reservation from and a deposit amounting to 30% of the cost of the stay + 15€ booking fees that must be paid by Credit card, or banker's transfer made out to the “Camping LE PARC”. The booking is only valid after written confirmation by the campsite.
Any rental contract that is not accompanied by the payment of the deposit and the booking fees is null and void. Similarly, any payment of the deposit and the booking fees that is not accompanied with the duly signed present contract and the campsite rules, will not ensure the rental.
5. The billing will be established according to the dates of the contract. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. Extra Tourist tax (for info Price 2009 : 0,44 euros per day and pers. +13 years).
6. Options are valid for 10 days.
7. Balance of the stay must be payed 30 days before your arrival .
8. Non occupation: without any letter or fax, specifying your delayed arrival, the pitch or the accommodation will be considered available for hire again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract. All payments remain the property of the campsite and the amount of the stay due. Likewise, any place vacated before the scheduled date may be let out again. Please tell us for arrival after 6 pm.
9. Animals must be kept on leads and vaccinated against rabies (produce vaccination certificate). Takers must take their animals to do their business outside the campsite or, if need be, must shovel up and throw the excrement in the campsite dustbins. It is forbidden to leave animals tied or locked up alone in cars or rented site accommodation. Dogs considered by the legislator will not be admitted to the campsite.
10. Barbecues with carbon and wood fires are strictly forbidden and offenders will be requested to leave the campsite.
11. Each camper should be insured, as the campsite shall decline any responsibility, against theft, fire, bad weather... and for any incident involving the camper's civil liability.
12. Noise: silence is requested from 11 pm. Two warnings for noise = expulsion. Expulsion will be immediate in the case of argument or violence. Gates close for cars at 11 pm. No driving between 11 pm and 7 pm.
13. Cleanliness: pitches must be kept clean. Rubbish must not be left anywhere other than in the bins. Two warnings for a dirty pitch = expulsion.
14. The access to the swimming pool is free and for campers only. Shorts may not be worm in the swimming pool. Regulation and hygiene must be respected.
15. For reasons of safety and environment, only one vehicle per place or rented accommodation.
16. Guests: the visits of external people can be tolerated after being imperatively announced to the reception. Their vehicle will have imperatively to be parked outside the campsite. The access to the establishment being regulated, by reasons of safety and tranquillity, this one could be refused. The access to the swimming pool their is prohibited.
17. Occupants per place: MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS (child or babies included), at least one of them must be over 18 years old.
18. Only return complaint made during your stay will be taken into consideration.
19. Cancellation: all booking cancellations should be advised at the earliest opportunity IN WRITING (telephone messages are not accepted). in the case of cancellation your contract:
- More than 30 days before your reserved date of arrival, 30% of the total amount of hire, reservation fee and cancellation insurance (optional) will be retained.
- Less than 30 days before your reserved date of arrival, the total amount of the stay, booking fees and cancellation insurance will be retained.
If you have bought Cancellation Insurance, your contract will cover the reimbursement of the amounts paid (not including booking fees and insurance) within the limits of the provisions the insurance settled.
Only the insurance cancellation (optional) can refund you, please check if you have contracted it.
20. For any arrival which does not correspond to the indications given on the booking form, entry to the campsite will be denied and the holiday will be cancelled: the deposit will be withheld by the campsite.
For the rental of pitch:
1) The pitch is available after 12 am on the day of arrival. On departure the pitch must be cleared at midday at the latest. Otherwise, an extra night will be added. In case of prolongation of the stay the same pitch cannot be guaranteed.
For the rental of accommodation: MOBIL-HOME or CARAVAN
1) The customer must have insurance cover for theft, fire, water damage, civil responsibility and third party risks.
2) Keys are handed over after 4.00 pm. Departure before 11 am. Otherwise, an extra night will be added. A caution of 200€ is payable by the customer on the day of arrival. This will only be refunded after an inventory has been conducted at the end of the stay.
If any damage is found, the cost of restoring the site to its original condition and replacing missing or damaged equipment will be deducted from the caution.
3) The cleaning of the rental is the responsibility of the tenant. We will ask you a deposit of 50 € for the cleaning at your arrival. It will be cashed if the accomodation has not been cleaned on the day of departure.
4) All additional installations (tents for example) put up next to the rental accommodation are strictly forbidden.
5) Bed linen and sheets are not supplied.
6) Only the people who are registered on the booking contract are authorized to occupy the residences which theirs are allocated.
Cancellation insurance (optional): we advise you to take the cancellation insurance
The cancellation insurance is not included in our prices of hiring or pitches. We can propose this insurance in supplement to you. Your cancellation cover contribution is payable in full and only at the time your reservation is made and is never refunded. Under no circumstances may the booking fees and the cost of the cancellation cover itself be refunded.
Cancellation:
If any of the clauses of the present contract are not executed, it could be cancelled as of right after formal notice by registered mail fails to elicit any response. The site must be freed within 2 days.
