General sales conditions.
1. On the day planned for your arrival,
The plot will be available from 12:00 am and must be occupied before 08:00 pm.
The lodging will be available from 4:00 pm and must be occupied before 08:00 pm.
2. Should you delay your arrival, we ask you to notify us. If you do not notify the campsite management, they can use the plot or lodging again and the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
3. The definitive plot or lodging will be fixed by the campsite on your day of arrival. The same plot or lodging cannot be guaranteed if there are any changes for your dates of stay.
4. The hire of your site or renting becomes effective only after our agreement and receipt of the hire contract, together with a bank cheque, international postal order or credit card made out to the campsite.
5. Payment conditions:
On receipt of your hire contract and deposit, we will send you confirmation, in accordance with our vacancies. For bookings made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid when booking.
The balance must be paid 30 days before the starting date of the stay.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the starting date of the stay, complete payment must be made when booking. If we have not received your payment within these deadlines, we shall consider your booking as cancelled and the cancellation terms will be applied.
6. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure compared to the dates of your contract,
Camping pitch: you will be invoiced at current prices for each day booked.
Rented lodging: there shall be no refund.
7. In the event of cancellation:
More than 1 month before the starting date of the stay: the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
Less than 1 month before the starting date of the stay: 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained by the campsite.
We offer an optional 15 euros per week cancellation insurance for lodging.
8. The site must be freed by 10:00 am at the latest on the day planned for departure. An extra night will be invoiced for all departures after 10:00 am.
9. The camper is responsible for his personal insurance. The campsite refuses all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc. and for incidents coming under the civil liability of the camper.
10. Hiring is a strictly personal arrangement. Under no circumstances may the tenant sublet or transfer his lodging without the agreement of the campsite management.
11. Loss/damage deposit: When you arrive, you will be asked for a loss/damage deposit of 150 euros for the rented lodging. This loss/damage deposit covers breakages and missing equipment. A set fee of 45 euros for cleaning costs will be retained for lodging left dirty.
12. All campers must comply with the company regulations for the campsite.
