GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS Village des Monedieres
Locations: Roulottes, Toues Cabanées and unusual accommodations
1. Reservations / Regulations
The reservation is effective upon confirmation of the company, upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the order. You will then receive a confirmation email which will include practical information about your stay. The balance of your rental must be paid 4 weeks before your stay.
Any bookings made less than 1 month before the stay must be paid in full when booking.
Warning: Your booking can be lifted in case of late payment of the stay, the option period is set at 15 days.
The company reserves the right to refuse bookings for one night during school holidays and holiday weekends or limit the number when they are requested more than 30 days before arrival.
2. Deposit
A deposit of 550 € in cash, checks, currency or by credit card must be made on the day of your arrival at the Monedieres. This deposit will be returned by mail no later than 15 days after the departure of the tenant if no damage is found after the state of output.
3. Methods of payment accepted

Transfer from abroad: the cost of all banking operations are the responsibility of the principal to be specified when your bank transfer.

4. capacities
The number of people per dwelling mentioned in our rates is the maximum allowed given the equipment available (5 people for Roulotte and Toue Cabanée 2 people for Carré d'Etoiles and Pod and 4 people for Cabane Forestière) occupation. It can not be exceeded for reasons of safety and insurance.
5. Stay
You can take possession of your accommodation between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival and leave before 11:00 on the day of your departure.
WEEK 7 nights and seven days - arrival between 16:00 and 20:00 - 11:00 before departure
MID WEEK (short week) runs from Monday to Friday 4:00 p.m. 11:00, 4 nights and 4 days.
The VSD WEEKEND (Friday Saturday Sunday) means Friday 16h00 to Monday 11:00, 3 nights and 3 days.
The WEEKEND means the Friday 16h00 to Sunday 11:00, 2 nights and 2 days
or Saturday 4:00 p.m. Monday 11:00.
NIGHT means the arrival at 16:00 the next morning starting at 11:00 am
Compliance with arrival and departure times ensures proper maintenance of the leased premises.
6. Modification or Termination
Notified by yourself BEFORE you arrive
If you are forced to cancel your reservation, send a written notification to the Village Monedieres immediately.
For stays canceled:
- More than 4 weeks prior to arrival we will retain 15% of the total amount of your booking
- Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival we will retain 40% of the total amount of your booking
- 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival we will retain 60% of the total amount of your booking
- For a stay canceled within 7 days prior to arrival we will retain 100% of the total amount of your booking
These fees can be refunded if the accommodation has been rented during the period.
If the tenant does not respond within 24 hours of arrival, the contract becomes void and the total rental amount is retained by the Village Monedieres. In this case, the Village Monedieres allows himself the right to re-let the accommodation.
Notified by the Village Monedieres BEFORE your stay
If weather warning or flood warning, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as heavy rain, storm or storm, the management reserves the right to cancel your trip for safety reasons. In this context, we will propose postponing your trip at a later date in the current 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer you relocate to other types accommodations without charge. And in this case only, you will receive a 50% discount on a future stay within 12 equivalent current month.
If none of these offers meet you, all monies paid will be refunded; other compensation can be claimed.
Notified by yourself ONSITE
If the stay is shortened for any reason whatsoever, the total rental price is forfeited to the Village Monedieres. There will be no refund.
Notified by the Village Monedieres ON SITE
If weather warning or flood warning, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as heavy rain, storm or storm, the management reserves the right to cancel your night Toue Cabanée for reasons security. Relocation in other accommodation will be offered subject to availability and no charge, and in this case only, you will receive a 50% discount on a future stay Toue Cabanée equivalent in the current 12 months. No other compensation can be claimed. Only if we had no alternative accommodation available, all monies paid will be refunded or postponement will be offered in the current 12 months.
7. Rates
Our rates include all taxes (excluding any tax stay). Only prices quoted on the prices tab of our website are authentic.
Our rates include the rental of accommodation and equipment, utilities (water, electricity, heating), the bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and access to activities free on-site recreation.
Our rates do not include personal expenses (breakfast, picnic lunch box, various supplements, holiday, traveling circuits ...), access to leisure activities pay the deposit and tax.
8. Special conditions to Toues Cabanées
For safety reasons, it is advisable to book a Toue cabanée walking distance for children less than 2 years. We disclaim all responsibility for any accident if you prefer to choose Toue anchored with a child less than 2 years.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for children under 12 and anyone who can not swim at the sailing boat on the water and field trips on Toue cabanée outside the cabin.
9. Pets
Pets are allowed in our accommodation (with a fee) the following conditions:
- The tenant must pay an extra 20 € per animal regardless of length of stay
- The tenant shall in no case use the material of accommodation (bedding, sofa, dishes) for its animal
- The tenant must come with all accessories needed for the life of his animal
- Only one pet is allowed per apartment (except in exceptional cases, contact us)
- The tenant is responsible for the nuisance animal and assumes full responsibility noise, droppings
- It is strongly recommended to leave the dog (if it does not bark) on the terrace of your accommodation
- When access to Toues Cabanées wetting (access to the boat), the tenant is responsible for their pet if it falls into the water
- If other tenants (neighborhood) complain of nuisance animals, the tenant must take steps to stop it
- The book of animal vaccinations must be up to date (to be presented at the reception)
10. Personal Property and equipment accommodation
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation. Village des Monedieres disclaims any responsibility in case of theft.
The tenant agrees to report all lost, stolen or damaged and broken, is required to pay.
11. Complaints and disputes
In order not to be held responsible for any deficiencies in the inventory of your accommodation, we ask you to report any missing or damaged items within 12 hours after arrival.
Any claim relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of stay in the letter following address:

This contract is governed by French law. All disputes arising from this contract may result, concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, their consequences and their consequences will be submitted to the competent courts in the common law conditions.
