BOOKING CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR EMPLACEMENT/ CHALET/ MOBIL-HOME
Only a correctly completed and signed booking from will be considered valid and binding. The confirmation of the booking is dependent on the decision taken by CAMPING MOULIN DE COLLONGE,who does not have to justify his decision.
This confirmation partly depends on your acceptation of the following:
The CAMPING MOULIN DE COLLONGE calculates the total amount for the entire stay.
The deposit of 30% of the total amount and booking fee of 10€ or 5€ should be paid within 8 days receiving the confirmation of the booking.Once the deposit has been received,the booking is then definite.
The balance is due one month before the date of the arrival.
Should there be any changes in the number of people in the party,either on arrival or subsequently,this will be taken into account.The rented emplacement is at your disposal the agreed day of arrival from midday and must be vacated before midday the day of departure.However chalet and mobilhome are available from 3 PM and must be vacated by 10 AM the day of departure.
If you arrive before the date or time agreed,you allocated emplacement ,chalet or mobil-home risks being occupied.
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter.If you cancel 30 days or more before the arrival date,the booking fee + 30% of the total amount will be held by the campsite.If you cancel less than 30 days before the agrred date ,booking fee + total amount becomes payable and is held by the campsite.
If you defer your arrival date to that stated on the contract,you are obliged to inform CAMPING MOULIN DE COLLONGE,by fax or telegram.
Telephone messages will not be accepted.If you fail to inform Camping Moulin de Collonge,the emplacement can be relet 12 hours after the arrival date on the contract.
The emplacement,chalet or mobil-home rented from Camping Moulin de Collonge can't be sublet to other people.
Any disagreement between parties will be settled by the appointment court of law of Chalon sur sâone.
