1/ Our services
Bare site
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
Your stay is calculated on the basis of a basic package that includes the location, the person or persons planned according to the package, your installation, your vehicle and access to the reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets...) are not included in the package and will be added to it according to the current rate.
Nature package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 camper van or 1 car with a tent or caravan.
Comfort package: Nature package + electricity
Rental accommodation
Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional options will be charged (e.g. cleaning package, bed linen rental... see price list in services).
Your accommodation must be restored to its original condition when you leave.
Handing-over of keys
Accommodation keys are handed in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
TAXES
Our prices do not include tourist tax (0.55 € per person over 18 years old) and eco-tax (0.35 € per person per day). Taxes are charged simultaneously with your hosting. They are payable on the same payment dates. They are neither modifiable nor refundable upon your arrival on the site.
2/ Payment of the stay
Accepted payment methods
As a deposit or as a balance, you can honour your reservation or your stay by the following payment methods:
French bank check and postal check, holiday check, postal money order or cash, credit card or cash.
Methods of payment
Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by: the payment of a deposit including 25% of the accommodation costs,
15 € for administrative costs and the contribution for cancellation insurance (if subscribed)
This reservation has no contractual value until the buyer receives a confirmation of registration issued by the campsite.
The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. In the event that the balance is not paid within the specified time limits, it is considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
3/ Last minute booking
Any booking made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full.
4/ Delayed arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your reservation form, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not completed.
5/ No presentation on the campsite
In the event of non-attendance at the campsite within 48 hours of the beginning of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will have your accommodation at our disposal. We retain the fees in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
6/ Cancellation
Due to the buyer
Any cancellation must be notified by post or e-mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter:
- more than 90 days before your arrival the deposit is returned, only the booking fees are kept
-more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit remains the property of the campsite
-Less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, booking fees and insurance contribution are kept.
To obtain any compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance at the time of booking.
Due to camping:
If Camping des Etangs has to cancel its services of renting a bare pitch and/or rental accommodation on any of the sites listed in this brochure, any contractor who has received his confirmation of stay will be notified by registered letter and then reimbursed in full up to the sums he has paid.
7/ Security deposit
For rental accommodation, a deposit of 200 € will be required upon arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within eight days by post from the date of your departure.
The campsite reserves the right to keep part or all of the sum in case of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.
The campsites also reserve the right to deduct the sum of 39 € to cover the cleaning costs if this has not been done at the time of departure.
8/ Minors
Minors not accompanied by their parents or a supervising adult are not accepted.
9/ Animals
Dogs and cats except category 1 and 2 dogs are allowed. We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite. Make sure to respect the hygiene and environment of the host campsite. The health booklet must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccines and tattoo certificates are mandatory.
10/ Complaints
Any possible complaint following a stay, must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days following your stay.
