LOCATION
1 - Registration.
For stays, registration must be accompanied by payment of the installments in the amount of 30% of the price of your rental.
2 - Duration of stay.
High-season arrivals are from 15:00 (in case of delay, prevent us). Departures are at 12:00 at the latest. We warn the day before your departure. . For departures after 12:00, 1 night will be charged.
3 - Reservation.
Your reservation is considered final once it has received confirmation from us. You will have to pay the balance on the day of arrival at the campsite. Any changes must be reported immediately upon arrival. Once the stay ended no refund will be made. Minors can make a living only if accompanied by an adult, who will have responsibility.
4. Cancellation guarantee
Due to the buyer: to the cancellation of a bare pitch, whatever the date of receipt of the full amount due at reservation is retained.
To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance or interruption of stay when booking.
If camping FLOWER is obliged to cancel the lease of bare pitch benefits, any contracting party having received its confirmation of stay will be notified by registered letter and reimbursed in full for the amount it has paid.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
1 - Prices.
The rates released by the campsite have no contractual value and can be modified
without notice. The contract price is that fixed when booking.
2 - T.V.A
Our rental prices include VAT applicable VAT on our rates is 10% subject to regulatory changes. The contract price is subject to change in the legal and regulatory limits, at qu'interviennent between the booking date and the date of payment of the balance of changes in VAT rates.
3 - Tourist tax.
The tourist tax, imposed by municipalities, are not included in our rates.
The tax is charged simultaneously with your accommodation. It is payable at the times of settlement. It is not modifiable or refundable on arrival at the site. And for others, it is to be paid at the same time as the balance of the stay (30 days before your arrival on site).
4 - Damages.
Equipment and facilities of the campsite should be used according to their ordinary destination. Degradation of local, loss or destruction of movable elements that adorn the housing or public use buildings committed by right the responsibility of its author. The client tenant is personally responsible for any damages, loss or damage committed by persons staying with or visiting him.
5 - Pets.
EXCEPT FOR THE CATEGORY OF DOGS 1 and 2 and NAC (new pets).
Pets are allowed at an additional charge, provided from declared when booking, not to disturb the peace and safety of residents and to respect the basic rules of hygiene and integrity facilities.
In mobile homes, only pets under 10 kg are accepted. (1seul animal per dwelling and should not be alone, contact us). The animal must always
be leashed in the campsite; its updated immunization record must be presented at reception on arrival. Pets are not allowed in the buildings in common use and playgrounds. The animals must be removed from the campsite to the needs.
RENTAL
1 - Registration.
All entries must be accompanied by payment of the installments in the amount of 30%
the price of your rental.
2 - Duration of stay.
During the high season, the duration of the stay is one week minimum, 7 nights (arrival date as possible on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday).
The high season arrivals are between 15h and 19h (in case of delay, prevent us). Low season arrivals are between 15h and 18:30. Departures are no later than 10:00. A starting shall be scheduled on the day of arrival. No departure may be from 19:00 to 8:00. For weekends, the statements of places will be made between 9:00 and 10:00.
3- Reservation.
Your reservation is considered final once it has received confirmation from us.
You will have to pay the balance 5 weeks before arrival at the campsite, otherwise the reservation may
be considered canceled and the retained payments. Any changes should be announced on
the arrival. Once the stay ended no refund will be made. Minors can make a living only if accompanied by an adult, who will have responsibility.
4 - Cancellation insurance.
To cancel a rented accommodation:
-More Than 30 days before arrival, the amount of the deposit and the booking fee will remain the campsite.
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the rental, booking fees and insurance fee are retained.
To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance or interruption of stay when booking.
Due to the campsite:
If the Flower campsite is obliged to cancel its rental of rented accommodation at any site listed on this brochure, all contractors who have received their confirmation of stay
will be notified by registered letter and reimbursed in full for the amount it has paid.

6- Deposit.
€ 250 for accommodation, 75 € for the cleanliness of the accommodation will be requested. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. End of stay, rental must be returned in clean condition, otherwise the deposit of € 75 will be retained.
-Any Deposit will be returned after the inventory, key collection and settlement of the tourist tax. For departures outside the opening hours of the reception, the deposit will be returned by mail after control of your rental. If the condition of your rental is not satisfactory, we will return your deposit less reclamation costs.

6 - Rules of Procedure.
Residents of the camp are required to comply with the rules is available at the reception desk, especially with regard to silence at night.
7 - disorders and disturbances.
Each tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying on its location or its hosting. When a resident or disorder causes harm to other residents or undermines the integrity of the facilities, it may be terminated immediately and without compensation to his room, without prejudice to requests for repairs as camping and third could argued against it.
It would be the same if the site were to find an abusive occupation of its
accommodation and its location (number greater than the stated capacity of accommodation).
8- Responsibility.
The responsibility of the campsite, beyond its legal responsibility, is not held liable for:
Theft, loss or damage of any kind (degradation due to bad weather or accidents would occur inside the campsite), during or following a stay.
Failure or decommissioning of technical equipment, breakdown or closure of facilities
.dropoff Window Damage caused or suffered by vehicles parked residents and circulating in the campsite.
It is up to caravan campers to take out insurance for their caravan, tent, equipment and civil liability
