General terms and conditions
• Prices: In high season a minimum stay of 7 nights is required
for all mobile homes. The prices do not
include the local holiday tax which will be paid in addition
to the price. An invoice will be rendered for all transactions.
Any claims must be made directly. Claims made afterwards
are never accepted.
• Rental accomodations: The campsite proposes a hotelservice
as well (see tariffs).
• Options: Options are not binding and can be mutually
cancelled, without penalty, if there is no confirmation within
8 days.
• Bookings: Each booking is subject to a booking fee. All
bookings, no matter what category of stay, will be confirmed
after reception of the booking form and deposit according
to your stay only. Stated preferences upon
reservation will be handled to the extent of availability, without
any obligation to the management.
• Payment: The total amount for rental accomodations
must be paid at least 1 month prior to the date of
arrival. In the case of reservations of camping sites, the rent
is due on arrival. No objections possible.
• Arrivals and departures: The rental of accommodation
can be made only on Saturday/Sunday, from 3pm to Saturday/
Sunday before 11am. At departure all returning of keys
after 11 am. will entail payment of an additional night's
stay.
The management has the
right to rent the unused site once again to the first corner.
• Modifications: It is not possible to make reservation
changes during the month prior to the booked date of arrival.
Outside this limitation reservation changes will be
taken into consideration as much as possible. Every change
of the rental agreement will be subject to a handling fee.
• Annulation : 1 - Bookings that are not made in accordance
with the regulations and are not fully paid on time
will be cancelled , subject to the costs involved.
2 - Bookings that are not paid for in accordance with the general
terms will be cancelled and the contractuel costs will
be whitheld. In the event of cancellation the following will
be witheld or made accountable:
- Booking fees
- An amount equal to 20% of the total amount of stay if cancelled
more than 15 days before the booked date of arrival,
- The entire costs of stay if the cancellation is made within 16
days of the booked date of arrival or in the event of no show.
If the cancellation is made by the management for reasons
of its own, unless due to situations outside their control
when your holiday is cancelled for reasons of safety, there
will be a full refund of all advanced sums.
In the event of a late arrival, the rental agreement will be
cancelled 48 hours after the booked date of arrival unless
there is a modification from the client on time. Your
contract offers cancellation guarantee: which enables you
to be refunded for fees incurred in the event of a cancellation
of your stay or early departure according to certain
conditions (illness, accident, etc.), subject to compliance with
the contractuel obligations.
• Remarks: Booking fees are not refundable.
• Animals: We accept one small animal in our rental accommodations.
You have to declare it when you reserve and
we'll charge a supplement it. The animal must be kept on
a leash permanently and it musn't disturbe the peace and
safety of the other guests. The Rottweiler, American Staffordshire
Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and Rosa dogs or dogs
from assimilated characteristic behavior are strictly forbidden.
Further more you must respect the rules of hygiene
and cleanness. You have to be able to show us a up-to-date
vaccinationbook. Animals are not allowed in the swimmingpool
area and on the supervised beach. They have to
be taken out for a walk at the indicated roads.
• Claims : All claims concerning your stay, must be put in
directly to the management , this way we can try to find an
immediat solution. Claims made afterwards won't be accepted.
