These conditions concern the sale of holidays and start when the booking is done. When you book a holiday you fully agree to comply with our general conditions of sale.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Each reservation is nominative and becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, when we receive the deposit and either the booking contract duly completed and signed or when you agree to the general conditions of sale when you book on line.
No reservation can be given to another person or rented. Management can refuse access for the persons who were not mentionned on the reservation form. Camping Bon Port is not bound by a booking unless he has accepted it. Camping Bon Port is free to accept or refuse any booking, depending on availability and in general, depending on any circumstances that are likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Camping Bon Port offers family holidays. We
can refuse any booking that is against this principle or attempt to pervert it.
For safety reasons we cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.
The tourist tax is not included in the prices.
Camping pitches : The basic package includes the equipment (tent, caravan or camper), one car and two people, access to the toilet block and the facilities. A maximum of six persons is allowed on a pitch. Booking a pitch is for seven days at least.
Accommodation: The basic package is for two to seven people according to the type of accommodation. Overbooking is strictly forbidden. Camping Bon Port can refuse access to groups or families whose number exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation (a baby is considered a person). No extra installation is allowed (tent) except for one extra car. The extra car must be mentioned on the booking and parked on the reserved parking. The price for an extra car is e25 in the high season. We remind you that any request for a specific place or accommodation is an additional service and is not a contractual guarantee. Moreover, if a work has to be done in emergency by the campsite or public authorities it must not be held against us.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
ACCOMODATIONS:
For a booking made 30 days before the beginning of the holiday, you must pay 30% as prepayment of the total price. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the holiday starts.
For a booking made less than 30 days before the beginning of the holiday, you must pay the total price.
PITCHES:
A prepayment of 110e is due when you book a place, the balance is to be paid on your arrival at the campsite.
Warning: if the payment is not done as mentioned before, your booking will be cancelled and the following
cancellation conditions will be applied.
Cancellation and alterations
Cancellation from the customer : Cancellation must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be done without subscription to the cancellation
insurance. Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation insurance proposed by the campsite.
Cancellation from Camping Bon Port :
If we must cancel the booking except in case of force majeure and for the safety of our customers, the payment will be refunded. No payment for damages and interest will be done.
BOOKING ALTERATIONS :
After 24 hours, if you did not inform the campsite or your late arrival, we will have to cancel your booking and
the payment already done will be kept as damages and interest. We will be able to rent the accommodation
or the pitch to another person.
If you shorten your holiday leaving earlier or coming later than the dates mentioned on the booking
contract, the payment will not be refunded.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival :
Pitches are available from 2p.m. and you must leave before 12a.m.
Accommodations: on the day of your arrival you may check in from 4p.m to 8p.m and you will be asked to leave a deposit of e300 for the accommodation and e90 for the cleaning.
2. During your stay :
It is your responsibility to take out insurance. The campsite is not responsible for theft, fire, bad weather etc… or if the customer is responsible. The customer must take out civil insurance for any damage done to the accommodation or to another person.
Every customer must comply with the internal rules of the campsite. Every customer is responsible of the disturbances or noise done by the persons staying with him or visiting.
3. Departure :
Accommodations: on the day of departure mentioned on the contract, you must leave before 10a.m
according to the appointment you must have made. The accommodation must be perfectly cleaned and the inventory checked. Any breakage or damage will be paid as well as any repair if necessary. The deposit will be refunded partially in case of damage or additional compensation will be paid if the expenses are greater than the amount of the deposit.
If the accommodation is not clean, you will be asked to pay e90 as cleaning fees (or 120 € for privilege)
Pitches: if you want to delay your departure, you will be charged an extra day and pay the price for that night.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Pets :
Pitches: pets are allowed except dogs of 1st and 2nd category, you will have to pay for your pet. They must always be kept on a leash. They are not allowed at the pools, in the shop, the restaurant and inside the buildings. Dogs' and cats' vaccination certificates must be up-to-date.
Accommodations: pets are not allowed in the accommodations except in the Safari, Cottage and Grand Large but you must pay an extra fee for your dog.
Visitors :
They must introduce themselves to the reception and pay a fee. They can come between 10 am and 10 pm and must not exceed 2 people. They are not allowed to go the swimming pool or the activities.
Bracelet :
You will get a bracelet you must wear all the time in the campsite. The bracelet is to deny the access to any stranger.
Swimming pool :
Shorts are forbidden, you must wear bathing suits.
Barbecues : They are forbidden (except gas and electric max. 6 amp).
Parking : The private parking lots (internal and external) at the entrance are reserved for the customers when they come late at night. You must never park your extra vehicle there.
Camping Bon Port responsibility : The customer acknowledges that campsite Bon Port may not be held responsible for any false information supplied by its partners or by any third party that might specified in the brochure or in its website concerning the campsite, in particular the photos, the descriptions, the activities, the services and the opening dates. Every photography and text used in the brochure or the website does not form part of any contractual obligation. They are for information purposes only. Certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and specified in the brochure may be cancelled, particularly in case of bad weather or for force majeure reasons as defined by the French law.
Personal image rights : You allow the campsite without compensation to use your photography or of your children which could be taken during your holiday for advertising needs of the campsite.
Litigation : comes within the jurisdiction of Montpellier courts alone.Complaints regarding non-compliance of services with regard to contractual commitments may be sent to our customer service of the campsite by post within 15 days of your departure. Any superior clim will be rejected.
MEDIATION : In case of dispute and after having seized the client service of the campsite, any client of the campsite has the possibility to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint , by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, adressed to the campsite.
