TERMS OF SALE
All hire is nominative and under no circumstances may be transferred.
- Booking:
The lease will be considered only after acceptance of the booking contract, 30% of the total rent will be paid. The balance is payable one month before your arrival at the campground. In case of reservations made less than 30 days before date of arrival, the total amount is due upon booking.
- Rates:
The amount will be calculated from the dates specified on the lease. No discount will be given for early departure or late arrival , even if we have been notified.
- Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, you will lose or owe 30% of the total cost of your stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the date of arrival, or an amount equal to the total of your stay if you cancel less than 30 days before date of arrival. All cancellations must be made by mail with written proof.
However you can purchase SART insurance cancellation, it is optional, details of the contract can be download via the booking contract.
The booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Schedule:
The hiring of pitches are from 12am to 12am the next day. Every day started is due.
Mobile home or trailer rentals are from 4pm for the arrival to 10am for departure, daily from July to August.
The rest of the year Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10am for departure.
Saturdays only between 10am to 12.30am, closed in the afternoon.
On departure, check out by 10am at the latest.
- Guarantee:
A deposit of 250 € for any damage committed in the rental of 50 € and for any cleaning costs will be requested on arrival and will be returned after inventory.
- Animals:
They are required to be reported to the reception and kept on a leash. Their vaccinations should be up to date. Loose animals or pets alone in rented accommodation will not be tolerated. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are prohibited.
Additional information:
You must provide your own sheets and pillows for rentals and the tenant is responsible for any cleaning required at the end of the stay.
The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Please don't throw your cigarette butts on the ground, and pick up after your pets.
The vehicle access is controlled by automatic gates with a code given on your arrival, open from 7am to 11pm.
All campers are required to comply with the terms of the campsite, we do not tolerate any noise after 10pm.
