TERMS OF SALES
LOCATION, MOBIL HOME
1 - RESERVATION
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit.
The balance of the stay is to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. ATTENTION: After this period, if we have not received your payment, we consider your reservation canceled and all sums paid will remain acquired at the campsite.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Any additional person not indicated in the contract may be refused access to the campsite.
The reservation is final as soon as it has been the subject of a written confirmation from us (and must be presented on the day of arrival).
2 - ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: RENTAL
Upon arrival, each occupant's identity document will be requested.
Any observation of an undeclared person or child, or in addition to the capacity of the rental, or of an animal, results in its immediate cancellation and without any refund.
Accommodation: arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. No late arrival. Departure is before 10:00 a.m. Any delay will be charged. The customer must make an appointment at reception 48 hours before the day of departure for the exit inventory.
Camping pitch: reserved and rented by the night. On arrival you will be asked for an identity document. It is available between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before 12 a.m. on the day of your departure, beyond that a supplement will be charged.
No late arrival. Payment is made on arrival, there will be no refund if early departure.
3 - DEPOSITS
For rentals: a check or cash of 250 euros for accommodation and a check or cash of 80 euros for the cleanliness of the accommodation will be requested upon arrival. Without a deposit there is no entry into the rental. It is not cashed but it constitutes a reimbursement guarantee for the campsite in the event of breakage or loss of equipment, or damage to the campsite and the swimming pool.
For pitches: a deposit of 30 euros per entry badge and swimming pool bracelet will be requested upon arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay. In the event of loss of a badge or bracelet, we will be obliged to keep the deposit.
4 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE STAY. DELAY - EARLY DEPARTURE
The campsite manager must be notified of any possible delay in your arrival, in order to keep your pitch or accommodation rental.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. After 24 hours, the campsite reserves the right to re-let the site if it has not been notified.
5 - CANCELLATION OF STAY
Mobile home or chalet rental: For any stay canceled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the total amount paid will remain acquired at the campsite. • For any stay canceled in the 30 days preceding the date of arrival, for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable and will be retained by the campsite.
Bare pitch rental: For any canceled stay, not consumed, the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE (recommended):
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to benefit from reimbursement of accommodation costs (according to the general insurance conditions). This insurance is optional and represents 4% of the cost of the stay. - In the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay, the campsite cannot be held liable. As a result, this will not give rise to any reimbursement from the campsite. - The insurance premium must be paid in full when booking the stay and is non-refundable. - Cancellation and interruption insurance reimburses all sums paid before the arrival of the stay and the amount of the stay not used on a pro rata basis in the event of premature return (excluding administrative fees). - In the event of a claim, you must notify the company within 5 days. - The complete general cancellation conditions are available on request or can be viewed online at www.campezcouvert.com and on our website. The tenant must be insured for civil liability.
6 - INTERNAL RULES
Each tenant agrees to read and respect the internal regulations which are posted at the entrance to the campsite and in each rental.
7 - CONTACT DETAILS
You authorize the campsite to keep your contact details to send you commercial information. In case of refusal, it suffices to inform us by mail.
8 - OTHERS
The field management reserves the right to refuse any reservation, in particular in the event of an abnormal request or to expel any person in bad faith. They will be expelled without refund. You are responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following your stay.
AQUATIC AREA
Each person agrees to read and respect the regulations posted at the entrance to the aquatic area.
Ball games, inflatable mattresses, shoes and food are prohibited inside the aquatic area. Only swimsuits are accepted. For young children, swimming pools are compulsory.
Bathing cap recommended for long hair.
Children must be accompanied by their parent.
VISITORS
The management reserves the right of entry or not for visitors, for a daily fee of 6 euros per person (schedule to be respected: 10 a.m. and be left before 9 p.m.). Visitors do not have access to the aquatic area and the car must be parked in the car park, animals are prohibited.
They must report to reception on arrival. Failure to comply with these rules will result in their immediate exit and a breach of the contract for the tenant of the location or rental and therefore the end of the stay immediately and without refund.
Anyone outside the campsite is not allowed to enter it, a visit to the reception is compulsory.
