BOOKING :
The booking will only be taken into account from the date of
receipt of the signed contract and first instalment of 30 % of
the total price of your stay plus the 5.00 € booking fee. Upon
receipt we will be sending you a letter of confirmation to be
presented upon arrival.
ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE :
The space booked in your name will be held for a maximum
of 24 hours after the confirmed date of arrival.
Beyond this limit the accomodation will be let out again.
Arrivals for chalets and bungalows must be between 4 and
8 pm.Departure at 10 am
PAYMENT :
For empty pictch,balance to be settled on first day of stay.
For rente chalets, cottage, mobil home balance to be settled one month before arrival
No discount will be given in case of late arrival or early
departure.
CANCELLATION :
In case of cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded,
and will be left to pay :
_ 20 % of total price of stay if cancellation occurs more than
30 days before the confirmed date of arrival.
_ Full price of stay if cancellation occurs less than 30 days
before the confirmed date of arrival.
We suggest you subscribe a cancellation insurance.
All campers must comply to the campsite regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to be insured.
The campsite will take no responsibility in case of theft, fire,
bad weather or any incident coming under the customer's
civil liability.
